I think they talked bout it a while ago, and saying it’s not doesn’t work as they like. Not sure the reason, but the preference is to how it is now. Think of it, might be because mod stuff and wanting to keep playing their current years old safe game
The backrooms looks like what my old Macy's looked like before it closed down. On my last day, all the fixtures were gone, so it was just an empty building much like this. I wish I still had a photo of it.
If you guys don't have any SCP background or knowledge, yall should consider playing Containment Breach and maybe other SCP/crpytid content? Idk how yall feel about them, but I'm loving the video all the same!
If you like the total-darkness mechanic where they had to see with dotted-snapshots: there is a whole indie-game that has that as its main mechanic (minus the PC-crashes). It is called "The Voidness"
im glad you liked making this as much as i did when i played it, you should definitely try out the new level, its currently accessible under the steam beta mode for the game
The LIDAR as a videogame mechanic was primarily popularized by the game Scanner Sombre. I feel like it would 100% be up Zach/Mike's alley if they enjoyed the LIDAR mechanic, and the entirety of Scanner Sombre is centered around LIDAR.
I like to think these single episode series, like Chained Together, Iron Lung etc is different version of hell they got trapped in. But so far it always seems like Mike was trapped in hell with Zach and not the other way around lol
Truly would love a longer horror series from you two goofs a good recommendation may be scp containment breach there's lots of versions with full multiplayer support and also playing as SCPs themselves love y'all's content keep it coming ❤️
Do people actually think that liminal space means somewhere that's familiar? That's a _symptom,_ not the whole thing; a liminal space is a transitional location, either deprived from its context or never having one to begin with. Abandoned malls, offices with no furniture, midnight airport lobbies, the middle of a flight of stairs, these are all locations that feel eerie because the brain isn't primed to understand them in their present context; either they're divorced from the very commonly observed context they're designed for, or (in the case of the stairs) they're a gap between contexts that you're really not likely to consider on their own. If you have a two-story house with a concealed staircase, try sitting in the middle and contemplating your surroundings; you won't find much that feels familiar, because for all you've gone up and down the stairs you've never _been there_ before.
That lidar section was really cool but it's a shame it's so computer intensive, anyway I'd have to agree with Zach about the chase sequences feeling silly from a horror movie.
There's something magical about seeing Zach from an outside perspective and seeing from Mike's eyes
trrrruee, first time i see from Mike's eyes instead of Zach's
Ikr!
@@TogenMerfagenmike also recorded some fallout 76 with zach, from mike’s pov
@@TogenMerfagen well in the chained togeather game vid it was also from micks veiw. as zack was being well mike instead of normal zack.
Mike and Zach with positional audio is something I didn't know I needed until now
8:13 this is the first jumpscare that got me in 7 years
it got me the best i've ever been got thats for sure
No shit. Wow!
got me to lmfao
My phone literally jumped out of my hand and into my lunch
Me too! Made my hair stand on end!
10:30
why so much mold in military housing?
->
the WW2 GIs, having Hosefights in the hallways
A certain owl once said:
Welcome..... To the Backrooms.
Gentlemen...
*“ALRIGHT!”*
Nice Vanoss reference
I love seeing you guys playing multi-player games together.
Holy shit the smiley face scared the shit outta me
Seeing you guys actually playing games together makes me think you guys would like NV:MP! That way, MikeNPCFire would be replaced by normal Mike
I think they talked bout it a while ago, and saying it’s not doesn’t work as they like. Not sure the reason, but the preference is to how it is now. Think of it, might be because mod stuff and wanting to keep playing their current years old safe game
I used to play NV: MP to death.
i didnt know we were getting a Zach house tour! fun :D
Full series please 🥺 you guys playing this game so good 😮
ZACK: he looks sad. mike go give him a hug.
mike: OH GOD MY SPLEEN!
The backrooms looks like what my old Macy's looked like before it closed down. On my last day, all the fixtures were gone, so it was just an empty building much like this. I wish I still had a photo of it.

mike really outdid himself by editing this all to look like multiplayer, keep it up mike!
If you like the total-darkness mechanic where they had to see with dotted-snapshots: there is a whole indie-game that has that as its main mechanic (minus the PC-crashes). It is called "The Voidness"
Or the game it's based on, Scanner Sombre
I like how they can just take all the fear out of a horror game and turn it into comedy
The game looks so real godamn
im glad you liked making this as much as i did when i played it, you should definitely try out the new level, its currently accessible under the steam beta mode for the game
It would've been a perfect moment at 3:51 after Zach questioned how to use the elevator, stare at Mike, then the monster is right behind Zach.
Mike and Zach in true multiplayer is glorious

7:25 "that ain't right" ... those who know, know.
I agree, camera mode looks goòd (as a viewer)
The cam view made it feel like a found-footage movie, like rec 2.
I can only imagine them turning a corner and seeing Subject 106 in a gunfight and just turning around
Trepang 2 reference raaaah
I like to think these single episode series, like Chained Together, Iron Lung etc is different version of hell they got trapped in. But so far it always seems like Mike was trapped in hell with Zach and not the other way around lol
"I'm giving you an ollie for good luck" LMAO
This needs to be a series for sure!!
This is great, please play more of this or more scary games!!
Let us commence forth, my friends!
7:53 ROCK AND STONE EVERYONE
Ah yes, I remember my time serving under Rear Admiral Tushmeister, the Red Guy.
Its crazy they called it a mattress store
The LiDAR feature is so cool and it really fits in the backrooms stuff.
I’m getting excited and fidgeting for Mike
This is the first time ive seen them actually play together
Truly would love a longer horror series from you two goofs a good recommendation may be scp containment breach there's lots of versions with full multiplayer support and also playing as SCPs themselves love y'all's content keep it coming ❤️
Man I want to see Mike and Zach play more scary games!
Is this an early Halloween present for us? Aw guys you shouldn’t have!
Funny thing is that one of the noises the blind entity makes is directly ripped from Abiotic Factor
* Liminal bridges references here*
1:20 Expected a Liminal Bridges joke...
Never caught one of your videos this early, thanks and have a nice day!

12:44 officer barbrady would have said "go away, nothing to see here"
love the content you guys have been producing !
Jesus! 8:13 is the first time in a long time a jumpscare made me shriek. My poor cats took off running.😿
GOD DAM IT THERE'S A PEBBLE IN MY BOOT. ROCK AND STONE BROTHER!!!
Loving the variety lately
Hey Zach, ROCK AND STONE
seems like zach got hit with rapture of the deep during the lidar section.
I'm surprised you're playing this, but certainly not complaining
8:13 that actually made me jump!
yeah man made me jump lol
I still have that city carpet in my room.
7:53 MUSHRUM, WE’RE RICH, MUSHRUM, WE’RE RICH, MUSHRUM
I see Mike embraced his inner Markiplier by stopping and staring at the thing chasing him :P
The new Lethal Company update looks great
If you over use the scan, the lidar entity appears.
8:00 i nearly spat out my lucky charms
Love how the LIDAR system is Linux based, and the memory and CPU monitor are just ripped from htop.
13:27 ROCK AND STONE!
Oh no. It looks like Zach stumbled into Level Fun.
The only downside to this game’s audio: needing subtitles to understand Zach. Which is unusual.
Ive never clicked on a video faster before
Not for nothing with the thumbnail I thought this was gonna be Mike and Zach irl at an escape room and Zach was just being weird with a hazmat suit
That lidar section was really cool but it's a shame it's so computer intensive, anyway I'd have to agree with Zach about the chase sequences feeling silly from a horror movie.
6:58 perfect cut to black.
Did you guys play the lidar horror game from a few years ago? I feel like Zach said it looked boring... give it a try!
MOREEE! SO FUNNY❤️
*The Exit just leaves!*
- Zach Hazard, 2024.
There is so mush room in the basement...
Love the backrooms
The camera mode is really immersive, but it also gave me motion sickness.
This was quite Funny 👌
If it were a co-op game I'd say you guys should play The Voidness.
I don’t know why but I thought ya’ll were playing Lethal Company for a sec. Must be the hazmat suit
Also, is it just cuz Mike was using the camera mode, or was his character just straight up a whole foot shorter than Zach's lol
The camera is chest mounted. All the characters are the same.
The only reason I know what kudzu is is from the SAT's
18:35 im with mike on this one, motion sickness galore, gives me a headache, if yall were any less funny i wouldnt put up with the pain and nausea.
Mushroom!
Someone likes DRG, heh.
Okay i really wanna see you guys playing SCP 5k now
It's a bit disturbing how lifelike it looks with the camera mode on...
Looks like New Vegas buggy mess came back to bute you in the butt, you noclipped one too many times
I hope everyone has a decent day
Great fun
I think Zack has played too much Deep Rock Galactic.
MOAR
dang where'd the time machine put you guys this time?
Do not blink.
Happy Halloween everyone!
Mike is sooo loud. like me just a completely different person
The new update just came out! you should play the new levels!
yeah i just played it, im not sure if its as good as the level before it with the chase
Idk how to properly explain it, but the level of graphics this game has deeply unsettles me
Are these liminal bridges?
Is this game made on unreal engine?
I know the lidar thing is based off a different game
Could he called lidar I don't remember
I'm dead 😅😅😅😅
Please play more
The scanlines with TH-cam's compression turns this video in a block of pixels that gives me motion sickness. :(
Maybe I'll try a different recording method next time.
