Typically when "big spills" happen in my house they don't fall conveniently into an appropriately sized vessel for me to easily soak-up. Great way to show absorption, but COMPLETELY unrealistic (for most of the population I'm assuming)... I would have loved to see this mop in actual action! :-D ... Especially as this is the "Mopnado Spin Mop" channel, I expected some real proof of function. I did watch the other video on this channel, but it's more or less the same. A more complete and honest video so consumers (like me :-D) can make a truly informed decision would be nice.

If you are still within your 1 year warranty you can contact us directly at Mopnado.com and we can ship you a new twist lock. I also can't tell if my mop is in the unlock position. It will go down, but not up unless I do it manually.

This is what is so puzzling to me! You only get one clean chance at water. Nobody does that.
