    Start with Clean Water: Begin by filling both the clean water compartment and the rinse chamber with clean water. Make sure the pump valve is "ON"
    Rinse and Spin: Before mopping, place the mop in the rinse chamber to wet it, then transfer it to the spin chamber for a light spin to remove excess water. (During this spin, clean water is drawn from the clean water compartment into the rinse chamber, ready for the next rinse.)
    Separate Dirty Water: After mopping, return the mop to the rinse chamber to remove dirt, then place it back in the spin chamber for a thorough spin. At this point, the mop’s dirty water is directed into the dirty water chamber, while fresh water flows into the rinse chamber for the next cleaning cycle. This efficient process ensures you won’t need to change water frequently.
    When to Open/Close the Knobs: Keep the knob open to allow fresh water to flow to the rinse chamber. Close it only when you need to empty or refill.

    I have one. And at first, I thought this would be the solution to my mopping needs. However, I was disappointed really quickly after trying it the first few times. On my bucket, the water-holding chamber does not hold the clean water. As soon as the clean water is pumped into the chamber, it leaks into the dirty water chamber underneath. It does not matter if it is on or off. Both positions leaks the water. Another thing to note is this thing is very interactive. You have to lock and unlock the mop quite a bit, open and close chambers, and to pump the mop up and down is quite a workout for me. Not a lot of water pumps at a time, so I just found it easier to keep a separate bucket of clean water and pour into the chamber. My mop head ripped into pieces the first time I tried to pull it off. Good thing it comes with 3. The first 2 were trashed upon first use. I must be using it wrong. It snaps on pretty easily. However, to remove it, is not as easy and it did not stand up to the pull. When I spin the mop, water splatters everywhere if the mop isn't sitting in the spinner perfectly. To be honest, if it wasn't past the return date, I would have returned it. However, I bought it in the middle of a move and did not unpack it until it was too late. It is a great concept. However, for me, a waste of money because I'm looking for something else to clean my floors. Maybe I got a lemon.

      Thank you for your honest feedback! We're sorry to hear about your experience with the RinseWise Mop. It sounds like the unit you received may not be functioning as it should, and we definitely want to help resolve the issues you're facing.
      Water leakage: The clean water should stay in the water-holding chamber until pumped into the mop. If you're seeing water leaking into the dirty water chamber, this may indicate a defect with the sealing mechanism. We’d like to offer you a replacement to ensure you get the performance we guarantee.
      Mop interaction: We understand the lock/unlock and pumping mechanisms can take some getting used to. We’ve designed this feature to ensure effective cleaning, but we’re always working to improve usability. We’ll pass your feedback along to our design team.
      Mop head durability: The mop heads are designed for easy snap-on and removal. However, it should not tear upon removal. We'd be happy to replace the heads that were damaged during use.
      Water splatter issue: Ensuring the mop is fully in the spinner is important to prevent splatter. If you're still having difficulty, our team can provide tips or troubleshooting to ensure smoother operation.
      We apologize for the inconvenience and want to make things right. Please contact us directly so we can arrange a replacement or assist you further. We stand by our patented design and believe the RinseWise Mop can solve your mopping challenges once everything is working properly!
      Best regards

    Great tutorial, the only thing i would change, is after cleaning the dirty floors i won't put the dirty mop in the the spinning chamber but straight into the clean water with detergent chamber to wash off the dirt, before i place the mop into the spinning chamber. Or else the spinning chamber will get dirty causing cross contamination from spinning dirty mop, then spinning clean mop. I hope that made sense. So skip the spinning dirty mop and place straight into clean water after mopping floors

      I kind of understand what you are saying, but dunking the dirty mop into that side where the steel spinner is will foul all that clean water. It's not a perfect system, but using it the way it is designed will at least let you get the mop head as clean as possible before each pass.

    • @liz-tq6dh

      @@Maidenrules29i am not talking about the clean water underneath the spinner, but I'm saying put the dirty mop in the clean water on the other side of the spinner, cuz that gets drained into the dirty water under and more clean water can be put in that compartment, rinse and repeat to get the mop clean to then place into the spinner compartment to ring the excess water out. Instead of what he showed in the video placing the dirty mop in spinner

    Where does the cleaning solution go?

    • @tsmineofficial
      @tsmineofficial  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thank you for your question! The cleaning solution should go into the clean water compartment. Our mop is designed with four compartments to keep clean and dirty water separate, ensuring a thorough and hygienic cleaning experience. When you first start mopping, the mop head is dry, so you'll need to wet it in the rinse compartment before mopping. You can also add a small amount of cleaning solution to the rinse compartment for the initial wetting. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask!

    Hello, I am glad that there are audiovisual instructions on this and a week ago this long-awaited product arrived at my house, it was the best I have found on Amazon without making price comparisons, and only looking at the mechanisms and facilities that offers. Well, if we talk about prices, this product has a very good price to be honest and I have seen other products worse than this one and they have a slightly higher price and it doesn't matter if you buy it in the store or online, its flexibility and consideration in price. I speak Spanish and I come to clarify that the product instructions should be improved, since although it may be easy to show and see, the truth is that it has been a bit complicated for me to use because it is complex and a little difficult to understand for my language, I did not understand this video very well due to its lack of focus on the camera, also with low lighting and also lack of practices in audiovisual graphic designs, I had to watch it over and over again to be able to understand what this guy was saying because he was not explaining with the right words to understand it the first or second time, he speaks a little fast and not very passionate, it shows in making the videos, not only people who speak English are the ones who buy this product, since the product is so good that can be marketed internationally and they make it clearer because they sell it on Amazon. Just be more practical and cautious in your teachings and improve your benefits to show the product and instructions, that's all, I give 10/10 to this very useful product, thank you for reading.

    Why do you filll both chambers with clean water?

    • @tsmineofficial
      @tsmineofficial  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      When you first start mopping, the mop is dry. To get it ready, we recommend filling both the clean water chamber and the rinse chamber. This way, you can fully wet the mop in the rinse chamber before wringing it out in the drying chamber to start mopping. As you wring out the mop in the drying chamber, clean water will transfer from the clean water chamber to the rinse chamber. This ensures that each time you return to rinse the mop, you're using clean water, making sure your floor stays fresh and clean!

    I literally can't find a single video that walks you through the entire process. When are you supposed open and close each of those knobs? And are you supposed to put the mop back into the rinse side or the spin side after a pass of mopping? In this video, he puts it right into the spin side, clean water coming into the rinse side, but then we cut to later and suddenly there's dirty water in the rinse side. How did it become dirty?

      Start with Clean Water: Begin by filling both the clean water compartment and the rinse chamber with clean water. Make sure the pump valve is "ON"
      Rinse and Spin: Before mopping, place the mop in the rinse chamber to wet it, then transfer it to the spin chamber for a light spin to remove excess water. (During this spin, clean water is drawn from the clean water compartment into the rinse chamber, ready for the next rinse.)

This efficient process ensures you won’t need to change water frequently.
      When to Open/Close the Knobs: Keep the knob open to allow fresh water to flow to the rinse chamber. Close it only when you need to empty or refill.

      dear I can teach you how to use this mop correctly, I've used this mop for several months!! First put some clean water into rinse tank & freshwater tank, after mopping dirty floor you can put the mop into rinse tank, then the water in the rinse tank would be dirty, now we open the knobs and the dirty water will flow into the waste water tank, at that time we can close the knob. the bucket is to help us greatly separate clean water from dirty water, I learn the usage from the amazon and you can go there and you'll definitely get how nice it is when you know the use of it!

    The only problem is, nothing ever cleaned the mop until you put it in your "clean" water, which is no longer clean once you do so. So, even after all that, if you go back to the floor, you're mopping with dirty water. All the competing products are the same. The clean water is never truly clean by the time it gets on the floor.

    • @tsmineofficial
      @tsmineofficial  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern. Unlike competing products, the RinseWise mop bucket is designed with a unique four-compartment system that continuously separates clean and dirty water. When you rinse the mop, dirty water is filtered into a separate compartment, ensuring that the mop is always rinsed in clean water. This design effectively keeps the mop water clean throughout the mopping process, providing a truly fresh and hygienic cleaning experience every time. We appreciate your interest and are confident that our product addresses this common issue. If you have any more questions or need further clarification, feel free to reach out!

      I don't think you fully understand how the product operates. This product has a drainage feature which many or no competing products have. Of course there's no 100% way of completely getting rid of dirt off the mop after mopping unless it is thrown in the washer. The method or system that tsmine has is the most effective, easiest, and innovative way to get rid of majority of the dirt from the mop compared to many brands. This is because you can constantly use the drainage feature to clean your dirty mop to your content. And if you go easy on refilling clean water when cleaning the dirty mop, you can be more efficient on saving more water. So constantly using small amount of clean water and draining until mop is clean to your content should probably be the most effective way on keeping your mop clean as possible. It is definitely a learning curve, but once it clicks in, you won't regret you got it over the other brands. The easability of tsmine is not as complicated as many think, just because the system may seem intimidating/complicated, it doesn't mean the product doesn't have the best and easiest way/method to having a clean mop every single use. I can't think of any brand that can clean the mop the best and easiest and straight forward as tsmine can if I'm being honest.
