Thank you so much for sharing your recipes. You make it look so simple! I tried the badam burfi and Kaju katli. I struggled a bit with the badam burfi and found making Kaju katli a lot easier. I guess I need a non-stick pan? And also, I used "sugar in the raw" and it was very sweet. Next time will have to reduce the quantity of sugar. Thanks again. Happy Deepavali to you and your family.

almond around 150gms. sugar quantity depends upon the measurement of the badam paste. if the paste is 150gms then take 150gms sugar.
How many minutes to stir it in gas pls say accurately
We can't time like that. The mixture should become thick and roll without sticking to sides of pan.
