A comment / request on weights: I love how you have noted weight changes with your bumper and exhaust. As you probably know, there is very little information on weight increases for suspension and wheel, less for bed / tray swaps, and pretty good information on truck campers. So, here’s the request: could you hit up the truck scale after your rack and tent come off, since your suspension, wheels, and tires are pretty much done, then again after the flatbed tray, and then again after the camper? It’s hard to theoretically configure a Gladiator to stay under GVWR, and this real-world data would be really useful and interesting! Bonus thanks for Front/Rear axle weights as well! Thanks!
I know Greg, He does amazing work. Done plenty of wheeling with him and seen his racks take some heavy abuse. He really does the whole process in house and he’s been doing this type of stuff for over 20 years.
The dealer that sold or leased new should get 20% of any 2nd sale profit sharing dealership cut. Like I said most of the money is on resale. Gov cut runs out reworld pricing after 10yrs, If it is still around.
cars sold in america maded in 48 only need $500 destination charge, alaska myb $750 & HA $1k. but if made overseas or going that way $1500 shipping fee. Cross border $750 from Canada if back to Canada. Mexico has $20% tariff over $100 dollars so no need for destination charge too. Take the $750 out of gov federal border crossing fee/tariff cut of 20% on cars.
