I am an express entry applicant and just submitted my ADR and Remedical last month. I am expecting a passport request within a few weeks time. I applied as a single applicant. However, I have been in a relationship with a girl for 13 years and we can not get married in our home country Pakistan because the law and society prohibits it. I had initially planned to sponsor her as a conjugal partner after moving to Canada myself but due to covid 19 my application was delayed for 2 years. At this point in our life we do not want to stay apart and I'd like her to move to Canada with me. I know it's possible to add a spouse to express entry application at this stage but is there a way I can add my girlfriend of 13 years to my application so we can leave together. My partner invited me to Canada with visitor visa I came here 5 months ago and we know each other almost two months before I came so it’s 7 months, now we want to do the conjugal partner or common law, which one we should do ? And is it risky if we apply with only 7 months of relationship ? We don’t have another solution, we’re serious and we have letters photos and shared bank account
