Overall, I'm happy with my 2013 Countryman JCW, which I have owned for 8 years. The interior isn't really BMW build quality, with a number of creaking trim items. I don't find the handbrake in the least bit awkward. Worst fuel consumption 33mpg, best 45mpg.

Way better than my 06 Range Rover supercharged… and prolly more agile.
