    You are a bad influence on me. I've been working on a 57 Chevy gasser and was wondering how to deal with the rear fender wells , which are pretty rusty. Watching you work on your projects inspired me to cut them out and widen them while I'm fixing them. I've learned a lot by watching you every day. I thank Jolene for great camera work which makes it even better. By the way I'm 65 years young

    At 60 I replaced my 1st floor pan and cab support. And made 2 core support repair brackets. On my f350 1994 had from January 1995. All from watching you. Thank you.

    I think you might understate your level of skill "A LOT' though im sure anyone with some level of metal fabrication ability would gain better knowledge from watching i simply enjoy watching for the down to earth humbleness you portray. A dieing breed of master craftsmen. I lost touch with your tv show so i was so happy to see your lovely Lady Jolene explain that. I love how now you actually show all the different projects as they fit into your time "not made for tv" Absolute Five Star Veiwing

    I'm pleased to see you doing a restoration. The 56 Plymouth is a good looking car. The engine is probably a 303 and there was an option for dual four barrel carbs.

    Cut a second piece of metal for the other side. You have a perfect pattern.

    Instead of cutting new quarter pannel for the job, I prefer removing the bando from the original sheet metal to do any body works. The original sheet metal stil looks solid. However, it is a good tutorial video to learn how to fix rust or accident damaged body.🔨⛏⚒🛠. Tku!

      As an Electrician taught in the UK, we used small tool boxes for everyday tools, when I emigrated to Australia the sparky's all had tool belts, so I bought one to blend in. However I soon found out that it was useless for me, after half an hour the tool belt would be empty and my tools scattered around the workplace, it's hard to break habits.@@Jerry-up8bk

    Run a 2” wide strip if masking tape along that edge and cut the excess of with a razor blade. No fiddling if with multiple pieces of paper that could get misaligned. Nice to see another relic get revived.

    Theres a way of rolling a section longer than your rollers roll the panel on an angle enough of an angle so it goes through it will look like a corkscrew then stand at ether end and twist it straight

    With the metal that was cut out for the wheel you could easily make some Spats or Skits for the car which would look really nice to make the car look good

    I don't know if chad reads these but if he would put a piece of tire inner tube rubber on the top wheel of his english wheel that's sitting in the back ground you could use a low crown lower die to put the curve shape into the panel without cutting it into two pieces. Especially since you have a helper to hold the other end and help guide it through the rollers. I made a set of long fender skirts for one of my cars that way using an English wheel. My skirts were around 4 or 5 feet long.
