what if I have a whole bunch of spheres and I want all of those spheres to be simulate physics in the sequencer. Do I have to manually adjust 1 by 1? Is there another way to group & track all at once?
DO you know if you're able to key frame the ball for part of thesequence, then turn on simulate physics? I have a project where I want to animate an object into a certain place, and then kick on physics in sequencer. However I'm noticing that the presence of a transform track is screwing up the physics and preventing it from simulating properly...
Is there a difference to any settings when your actor is a skeletal mesh versus your static mesh actor? i am trying to record a death for this character because it doesnt have an animation for that. i figured if this could work, i could make some customized deaths using physics with take recorder? any help is greatly appreciated
I did not understand ... In aprevious project of mine i created a flag with chaos ... It moved without simulation ...like i hit play in sequencer and it moves with the wind .... Is this was normal or it is just a bug. ...cause i forgot how i did it
Could you give the object an inital velocity. Lets say i want coffee beans to shoot up at the beginning of the shot and then fall down realisticaly interacting with each other. How do I get them to shoot up at first and follow a realistic parabolic arch
I am losing my mind to find a solution to this, it has never been asked anywhere before, how can I make the cloth simulation work in movie render queue? When I render it shows them stiff piece of actors, no simulation works. I added both wind and cloth to sequencer, works fine on sequencer when simulate is activated, but when I render it does not simulate
Tried the movie render queue and it works.. can you share more details about your sequencer and movie render queue settings or maybe share your project if possible?
vehicle simulate physics help. I put a character on a motorcycle or car and record it with take recorder, but a problem occurs. It's normal in the preview screen, but when I render it, the bikes and cars are not displayed correctly, and I'm having a lot of trouble with just the character. I have physics turned off when rendering, but it doesn't look right. I would like to know how to solve it so that it renders correctly.
You mean skeletal mesh? I think they require a bit more work in terms of physics capsules and stuff which I haven't played around with yet. Will definitely put out a video once I figure it out. Thanks for pointing out this issue.
@@bakedmystic3D actually it works after experimenting, in 5.1 u run simulate and then once your animation has played u right click the item u want and at the bottom there's an option to keep simulation changes. And it will render out as such with physics

I have the same problem, I have cloth animation and it stops working as soon as I click play even though I used the same method here.

I guess there is way to autostart the sim from level BP menu with no need in pressing play button...
