As a visitor who got trapped in Florida during my vacation and forced to go through Hurricane Milton: my advice to anyone is don’t move to Florida. If you live in Florida, move out! Why subject yourselves to annual threat of constant hurricanes? It was a stressful miserable experience! You can have a better life elsewhere! Just don’t pick “Tornado Alley”!

This family needs to move to Mary Esther, Fl. or near there. They will never go through this devastation again. I have friends buying a house an hour from there. The land is cheap and there is no/very low occurrences of natural disasters there. I think Santa Rosa Island protects that whole area.
