Cleetus, just wanted to say that my dad had a bad car accident during Huricane Helene here in SC, he is a HUGE fan of the channel. In his accident he had a traumatic brain injury, and his recovery is very slow. One thing that really wakes him up and brightens his eyes is putting on the latest Cleetus video and letting him watch it. Just wanted to say THANK YOU for making a really positive impact to those impacted by the recent disasters including my dad. You have really brought peace and happiness to my dad and family during this trying time for us! Keep it up sir!
Man I never realized how long I’ve been a subscriber till I saw the dogs and how you can see in their face that they’re aging, it makes me sad but I feel good at the same time, feel like I’ve been a friend of the family’s for a long time :)

Cleetus, you have become so much more than just a race car channel. You have become a true role model to the entire TH-cam community in so many aspects of life. I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon your content all those many years ago. Thank you!
How on earth can you call doing such a dumb thing as having as much money as he does, and sty’s with his family and tk8ng the time to make a dumb video, if something had happen we would all be so our hearts go out for his family, but honestly he thought it was a joke enough to take time to make stupidity videos.
Sorry for your damage. I live in Marshall NC and would like to say a big thank you for what you did for our neighbors last week. All the support we have received brings back faith in humanity in a world that was headed in the wrong direction. Sad it takes a disaster to bring us back together
Get real. He used the tragedy to get a tax write off and to make "content" to make even more money off of it. Take the blinders off if at all possible.

I am glad the family and you are fine after this storm.

Garrett, Brother. I can’t express our all emotion. I’ve watched you since the beginning and to see where you are now is amazing. Flying planes and Helicopters and have truly become a real life idol and a true American Hero! Love you Cleet! God Bless You and Do It For Dale!
@CleetusM Not too bad Cleet! I’m glad you made out ok. I live in Jupiter Farms on the east coast and our area seems to have fared worse. We have a few fatalities nearby. Our property sustained damages from two freaking tornadoes! Thank goodness the house is ok and most importantly we are safe. We are also on generator power. We are grateful. Our hearts go out to those who are suffering after this storm.
I believe he underestimated his loss. Between his house, the Freedom Factory, and his roll up doors, I'm seeing way more than 20k in damage. Replacing the roof on his big house will be over 20k. The fence is also very expensive. It all depends how much is salvageable. The carport would be over 25% of 20k The funny thing was the concern over the new chicken coop. We'll chock it all up to shock
Dude I'm glad your all safe, glad all your places held up strong, heart breaking for so many people that have lost there homes or businesses, or have had them seriously damaged, keep doing amazing brother, you are one hell of a guy!
My Aunt has a second commercial deadbolt for her home during storms like this she's old and I'm glad to hear a lot of people made it out just loosing power. Wishing everyone a speedy recovery
1:01 garret you have an awesome family! you are a lucky man! I'm glad to hear you are ok. I reciently lost my job and I am just counting my blessings. I pay attention to things that make me happy in situations like this and seeing a happy and healthy family is really refreshing. Hope all is well thanks Craig from Utah...
Hey Garrett, I know how you feel. I live in the Philippines and back in 2021 we had super typhoon rai (locally known as odette) roll right over the top of my house. I have lived in areas where there were earthquakes, hurricanes, and tornadoes... I can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt that odette was the scariest thing I have ever experiences weather wise. The damage to my land was extensive. Somehow my house stood strong. It only cost me about $1000 to fix the damage. But the worst part was being without power from December 2021 through the end of May 2022. the entire power grid had to be rebuilt. I pray that you all are able to get back up and running soon. I also pray that everyone gets the emergency services that they need. God bless and stay strong.
Stacy, 5 months without electricity, that’s crazy! I really feel bad for what you went through! Thank goodness you were able to fix everything that was hit by that devastating typhoon for a thousand dollars. Thank you for sharing!🌟
Holy cow, I know I’ve been watching for a long time but seeing Holley fully grayed out in the face puts it in perspective. Been a minute. Keep it up Cleeter!
Cleet so glad y'all came out as well as you did. Great job with your prep and keeping your beautiful family safe. That's a dad for you right there. Prayers for everyone affected by the storm and hope y'all are able to get everything back to normal quickly!
Milton was rowdy indeed! I am so happy that all you folks got through OK and nobody got hurt. Very thankful that you gave us all a quick update. God bless.
You getting emotional on the podcast about North Carolina, is the same way we feel in Public Safety. You're right up there with veterans imo. Not many people (military, volly fire, ems, 911 dispatchers) truly REALIZE the the actual impact you make on your community until a natural disaster happens. As both volly fire/911 Dispatcher, 3ven in down times, i feel so much pride for my coworkers/constiuents! People helping is one of the most beautiful things EVER!
So glad you and your family are safe and that the overall damage was minimal compared to others, thanks for the updates on social media. That video during the eye of the storm was such a trip how calm it was!!
the thing about garrett is, since his damage is minimal compared to others, he will more than likely help others a lot considering he was lucky. he knows he was lucky & he’s no dummy.
I don’t ever comment but needs to be said if it hasn’t already, this man single handed showed me karma does still come back when it’s needed the most. all the help he gave to the last storm victims with his heli and he made it out of this storm with very little damage, even going through the eye you deserve the good karma brother 💪 I’ve been watching since the beginning hard seeing the pups getting old but glad they look happy
You, sir are a prime example of what happens when Nebraska storm prep meets Florida weather. Nice job keeping the family safe and coming through it with flying colors.
For the amount of big flat objects y'all have around the properties, you made it through so much better than I was expecting. Glad to see everyone safe. Kind of fun to have a quick runaround of all the toys too lol
Cleetus if the world was full of good dudes like you i couldn't even imagine. Thanks gor bring you snd takin ys all slong for the ride. You are appreciated.👍👍👍💯
Let’s go Brother. Just a guy riding out a hurricane, nothing to see here. Then amount of mentoring you’re providing to Rip is immeasurable. Keep it up, good dads do thing to keep their families safe. Hell yeah.
All I can say Cleetus is this. God looks out for those that look out for others. You put other folks needs on top priority and don't hesitate to use the resources at your disposal to assist others in their time of need. So say a thank you for your blessing and continue to do what you do best. You touched a great deal of folks lives a week ago. You asked nothing for it. You have been blessed by God in your own time of need. Things could have been much much worse. What you do have to repair is minimal for a storm the size that your family weathered. No injuries, minimal damages, Consuela in great health, Your businesses still mostly operational. Bit of elbow grease and some time and you are back better than before. Hug your wife and kids and be grateful.
What are you saying? Those who lost their lifes and houses in the Hurricanes had it coming? And what about the hundreds of thousands of children that starve to death each year, god doesn't care?
You saw it all. From here to the Carolinas and back. and now this. It's a blessing that You and your family are safe with your house and property still intact. everything else is just stuff and replaceable. You guys are great and I really enjoy your TH-cam channel. Looking forward to watching a lot more of your videos.
Glad you, your family, friends and employees all made it out SAFE. Obviously, damage has been done, but nothing that can't be fixed. I'm an old Hyster mechanic from way back and it warmed my heart to see the old S40/50C in beautiful two-tone red paint. The little 163 Continental flat head is a great engine. This was built when Hyster was king because they built SOLID lift trucks that lifted loads much higher than rated. Keep the needle bearings on the steer axle kingpins well greased and they will last a long time. Take care!
Seeing you stay up overnight just to hold the door shut to protect your family and home really shows how good of a guy you are. Rip is lucky to have a good father like you raising him. God bless you and your family Cleet!
Cletus I love how positive you are ! Most people would just point out the negative things. And I love that the first place you went was Sam's, this just shows how you put your friends and family before possessions ❤ your a true legend
My Aunt just bought a house (cbs) in Spanish Lakes in Fort Pierce about 5 months ago. A tornado picked up one of her neighbors mobile home and falcon punched the front of her house with it. The frame from the trailer speared through the remaining roof, went through the wall, and ended up in a bedroom. Luckily she wasn't in that room at the time. I don't have a heli, but a rescue mission ensued during the storm. She is fine, house is not, car is not. Many people died in there yesterday. Shits crazy. Thanks for the update, and thanks for keeping us posted. You're like family to us. Glad to know you and family are safe and sound.
0:11 OH ship wreck!!! Saw the video pic of the bleachers.... That's rough. Guess it's time to build em bigger and better... Let the weather make you upgrade right?
I’m reading some very interesting articles about the history of why it’s called Milton turns out the 5TH governor of Florida was named John MILTON he became governor in 1861 163 yrs later we have a category 5 hurricane named Milton
Wild to think you volunteered your time and flew to North Carolina in your beautiful little 500 and helped all you could, and to then literally exactly 2 weeks later get hit by your own hurricane.. I know that there will be people that will be crappy because you are doing well in life (through your own hard work and dedication) but I feel that even with being in the bullseye and ending up IN THE EYE!!!! CRAZY!!!! The damage you sustained was minimal, not only due to the forethought of how you built your home and other structures, but also because you sacrificed and gave so much time and effort to help others in need several states away.. You were looked after due to your selflessness.. I truly believe that.. We need more good people in the world...
This is when I started watching you a few years ago you made a video of the same place from a different hurricane and that’s when I started watching your videos , I’m saying let’s just be so happy that everything you own is not under water
Don’t forget Cleetus: to whom much is given, much is required. I am sure you will do your best to help people out all around you. God bless the Mitchell family!!

I dig the family vibe a lot this was a great video
Before we know it we're going to see Rip making his first pass at BMP.
Can't wait til we get a 'heck yea brother' out of him.
Garrett, Brother. I can’t express our all emotion. I’ve watched you since the beginning and to see where you are now is amazing. Flying planes and Helicopters and have truly become a real life idol and a true American Hero! Love you Cleet! God Bless You and Do It For Dale!
Thanks for checking up on the old boy
This dude is the toughest, most genuine person i think ive seen..beautiful beautiful family too..thank god yall are going
The carport would be over 25% of 20k
The funny thing was the concern over the new chicken coop.
We'll chock it all up to shock
Glad everyone is good and safe!!💪🏼
11 people died…
Thankful you guys are safe. Things can be repaired and replaced, but lives cannot. Hell yeah, brother! Prayers
Dude I'm glad your all safe, glad all your places held up strong, heart breaking for so many people that have lost there homes or businesses, or have had them seriously damaged, keep doing amazing brother, you are one hell of a guy!
Glad you. And your family is safe
I'm glad to hear you guys made it out safe! That's the most Important thing.
Praying for you guys. And all of Florida...What a beautiful family...
You're good peoples, don't change. Best wishes
Thanks for the update, and I'm happy everyone's doing ok.
Thanks for the update! Glad everything turned out as well as it did!
I’m currently in Sarasota .I’m glad you’re safe . I was happy to step outside and see Consuela flying around
Im a little south of you guys in fort myers and it wasn't too bad for us thankfully, good to see you guys made it through safe
God bless.
Glad you, your family, and your friends are still here. Thankfully, no major damage to your property.
So glad you and the family are safe, I don't even know you, but I was worried for your safety. keep up the great work!
Your updates are better than most of the news stations. Thanks!
Absolutely. It is Amazin Grace!
❤🇺🇸
Keeping family safe would have been to leave.
@@Lockwood360 Cleet addressed that in the video before the storm.
@dingleberries360 his house is rated for a category 5 hurricane. This was a category 3. He was safe, and so was his family.
@@richh9570 A rating isn't a guarantee. Don't gamble with your family.
🇺🇸 🇺🇲
Thank you so much for the update. You, the crew, and all of the good people of Florida have been on my mind. I pray for the best of all of you.
I’m working in Lakewood for peace river electric and passed by the freedom factory. So cool to see in person! Glad yall are okay and safe
You are appreciated.👍👍👍💯
gotta love garrett ❤
Let’s go Brother. Just a guy riding out a hurricane, nothing to see here. Then amount of mentoring you’re providing to Rip is immeasurable. Keep it up, good dads do thing to keep their families safe. Hell yeah.
I just became a dad 2 months ago and couldn't imagine the stress - glad you guys are safe!
Congratulations brother. Welcome to the grind.
Congrats. The stress changes, but it never goes away.
congrats man
I’ve told my children, you never know how much your parents love you until you have your first.
Glad to see you and your family safe, was praying for you!
Thank God for your life and your family 🙏🏽🙏🏽
Been wondering about you, glad you checked in.
Glad to see y’all weren’t wiped out. Appreciate the help you provided in TN and NC.
Youre in our prayers cleet and fam! Glad youre okay!!
so glad you both are safe. Thing can ALWAYS be replaced but you and your loved ones can't
God Bless you and yours, @CleetusM , stay safe!
Thankful you're safe brother
Intro straight to silence was eery feeling 😂 So glad you, your family and all the boys are safe.
Prayers for you brother we are in Polk and got hit pretty bad out here we just gotta work together to bring back the community and rebuild better
Take care!
I’m so glad to hear you’re safe. I’ve been sitting here waiting for your next video.
So glad y’all are safe brother. Anything list is just stuff. You and yours are what’s important
As a fellow Floridian I appreciate you sharing what happened in your area. This coverage is so much more truthful than what we see from the networks.
Glad you and the family are safe and healthy and the dogs and chickens.
So glad you’re safe! Hell yeah brother!
Seeing you stay up overnight just to hold the door shut to protect your family and home really shows how good of a guy you are. Rip is lucky to have a good father like you raising him. God bless you and your family Cleet!
1:40 i remember when you first got Holley and the turbskis!
Places Holley poops been awhile since he’s uploaded lol
@@fr0zen5929 dude no kidding.
Made me feel old af
I assume ol Holley almost instant fame and notoriety she has been enjoying her retirement and raising the next generation of old clets
Jeg også !!!
Cletus I love how positive you are ! Most people would just point out the negative things. And I love that the first place you went was Sam's, this just shows how you put your friends and family before possessions ❤ your a true legend
Glad you have a sat phone to keep in contact with the boys. You’re such a great friend, father, and role model for a lot of people.
Not sat phones. Nationwide walkies that use cell towers
@@joeblow8206 was going to ask about that walkie. what kind or brand?
@@basilhaq4317 I'm sure it showed in the video. Commercials before every video all over TH-cam for them
Do we know what brand radio?

“And falcon punched the front of her house with it” 😂😂😂😂 thanks for the laugh this had me rolling
Maybe next time they’ll consider evacuating beforehand
Good to see the family safe, hunker down
Cleetus glad everyone is good man!! We love you up here in Indiana!!
Glad y’all are safe.
Glad y'all are ok!
Thankfully you guys are safe 🙏🙏
Gotta say big kudos to the company that installed the lights !! Dudes are the best !!!
0:11 OH ship wreck!!! Saw the video pic of the bleachers.... That's rough. Guess it's time to build em bigger and better... Let the weather make you upgrade right?
I’m reading some very interesting articles about the history of why it’s called Milton turns out
the 5TH governor of Florida was named John MILTON he became governor in 1861
163 yrs later we have a category 5 hurricane named Milton
Karma is a thing
Glad you guys are ok!
Glad everyone is safe
Glad you all made it out safe and healthy
Glad you and you family made it out brother. From one Floridian to another. Stay safe.
