- I decided to pick up art again in June of 2023 and it wasn't pretty... at first. I stayed consistent and continued to push myself until I was able to create art that I was proud of!
.
I fought a lot of art block to get where I am today. I got really discouraged every time I created something that didn't look the way I wanted it to. I by no means claim to be an amazing artist but I'm at a place where I'm able to create pieces I truly enjoy. I hope this video inspires someone to keep going with their art.

@ktscanvases 🖤 Such a great help when it came to learning how to use paint pens. Love her art!
@chasegentry54 🖤 Absolutely love his use of detail lines. They're somehow both sporadic and intentional.
@Plumbella 🖤 Inspiration for the purple plumbob design
tiktok.com/@theemeraldsage440 🖤 Beautiful model for one of my portraits
(the second one. we don't need to talk about the first attempt 😳)

Awsome share, as a old lady, finally life slowing down enough to nurture my skill. Its amazing the technique and skill in such a short time. Im dropping my expectations and simply organic expression of the moment. A season in life to get back into my passion.🖌️✒️🎨📒🎋🕉️
Hi! I’m working on doing the same thing myself. Dropping my expectations and just living. It’s kinda hard lol.
That's beautiful and so true, you'll have some amazing art come from that!
The kitten is so adorable, and I love your art style so much! The 90s nostalgia blended with cottage core is such a cool concept! Thanks for the video!
Thank you! I had so much fun with the nostalgia stickers ❤ You are so welcome!
Love this, and your kitten! From a name neighbour❤
Thank you!!
First....your kitten is PRECIOUS!! Also, I love seeing your progress. And, whenyou expressed how proud your are of yourself made me all verklempt. I am about 2 months into my own art journey. Finally, there is nothing wrong with using references. If it's good enough for Rembrant, it's good enough for the rest of us. Thanks for mentioning resources for finding information.
She is! She's growing up so fast as well. I don't know why I was being shy about it, we should always be proud of our progress. I'm excited for you! Recourses are so helpful when you're learning - it's about building up the muscle memory
