The woman officer at 9.35 is the one I sued for battering me. Lancs police tried to deny it, until they discovered that the whole assaault on me was caught on cctv. I was married to a police officer who was violent and that morning I was awarded custody of our children. That officer rolled up at my door at 8pm and kicked her way in. She and her partner then beat me so badly that I ended up in hospital for 2 weeks. It was only when cctv showed what really happened, that the police tried to apologise. It cost them £50,000 of tax payers money and that officer remains employed.

But the police are protected unless the police management themselves want them out.

At 11.45 SHE threatened the photographer with arrest under Section 4, citing a Public Order offence for calling her a "He" - but under Section 4 of the Public Order Act 1986, the offence is to create a fear of provocation of violence by threatening words or behaviour; The man's actions very clearly do not meet this standard, and therefore it is an unlawful threat of arrest, which itself becomes an Offence.

I've lost a lot of trust in the police of recent years and this scenario backs up my feelings and yes it does boil my blood. Complaints need to be made against those so called officers, for what good it may cause.

The so called 'officer' is a disgrace to the Police, and a danger to the public. At 11.45 SHE threatened the photographer with arrest under Section 4, citing a Public Order offence for calling her a "He" - but under Section 4 of the Public Order Act 1986, the offence is to create a fear of provocation of violence by threatening words or behaviour; The man's actions very clearly do not meet this standard, and therefore it is an unlawful threat of arrest, which itself becomes an Offence.
