There are a few out-of-the-box options to make your site look great.
For things like banners and design elements, you can use an Image web part in SharePoint and upload a high-quality image from Photoshop or Canva. Placed strategically, your site will look great without crowding.
For web parts, it's a bit more complicated because they need to be built.
You might want to check out SPFX gallery for samples that you like most, but ultimately you'll need a developer to build them for you or at least compile them: adoption.microsoft.com/en-us/sample-solution-gallery

My bad for not clarifying this clearly in the video, this banner comes with Origami. It’s a web part that’s installed in your SharePoint.

You're correct, Origami can be purchased and added to existing or new pages as an add on.

You’re probably missing Origami, it’s an add on and wouldn’t exist by default unless your company bought it
