Hi DW! At 22:18, you click on "New" and a dropdown menu appears with Page, Space, News Post, News Link, etc. Do you have to be the admin to see that? The only option I have is New/Page or New/Copy of this page. Or, is this a hub site (The Hub) page attribute? Thanks! NEVERMIND! Great videos, Dougie! Very helpful. I followed your lead and built a site using the "vertical section" design. I want to lock down, for example, news and such on the left and my quick links on the right - similar to what you did. The page appears perfectly like this up to 90% zoom. However, at 100%, the quick links section gets pushed to the bottom of the page, which doesn't work. So, how do I lock down the vertical section design and view regardless of the zoom percentage set on the user end?
It should be locked in place unless it thinks you are using a small device like a mobile phone. If you have a normal sized computer screen it should not be doing this. Unless there is something weird going on with your browser settings 🤷♂️

I wish I could make this work. Do you have any tutorials or tips when dealing with SharePoint 2019 on premises in an air-gapped environment? So no internet. No admin site collection settings. Just full owner/control of a site collection.

What you are paying TH-cam for is to remove adverts, that is your choice and content creators do not get any additional money for what you are paying for. You are just paying TH-cam directly instead of advertisers paying TH-cam. Creators like myself that spend our free time producing content you might enjoy can choose to charge for their best content. I opted to charge the least amount possible that is 0.99p a month. Not trying to become rich but just help pay for some of the software I use to create content for you. So by clicking “do not recommend channel” all you have done is hurt a hard working content creator and not TH-cam. As effectively you have told the algorithm my content is terrible and it will not promote it to others.

If you are the owner of the site you should be able to make design edits to just that site. You won’t be able to create Hub sites etc

Nevermind! Would not let me change an existing section to this type. But was able to create new, move web parts, then delete old section.
