Even I do very well as according to your guidline but feeling some irritation on both upper part side muscle on hip ,suggest some adjustment and also tell follow up or counter pose.
If you’re feeling irritation in your hips during Locust Pose (Salabhasana), try these adjustments: 1. Engage your core to support your back. 2. Lower your leg height to reduce hip strain. 3. Slightly separate your legs for better balance. 4. Use a blanket under your hips for cushioning. For a counter pose, try Child’s Pose to release tension, or Cat-Cow to stretch the spine and hips.
I again see this videao for improving my practice ,one thin is not cleared when you say lengthnining the leg to press pubis at that time what our reproductive organ position(for male).
The action of lifting the legs, tightening the glutes, and engaging the lower back muscles creates a gentle upward pressure on the reproductive organs (uterus, ovaries, testes, etc.) pushing them slightly towards the abdominal cavity.
