- After playing 3 Years + of Genshin Impact, i noticed that i always came back to these 4 characters, since their Power Level, Team Value, and comfort are on a diffrent LEVEL compared to other Characters of the Genshin Impact Roster Maybe these are even the best Characters in Genshin Impact.

@@NicoDiAngelo_pjo Hu tao is too niche , I dont think she would be a good character , same with Xiao , I feel like an easy to build character dps or maybe not and just summoning would be Lyney (IMO) , Tighnari , Etc.
For each element my top supports are Sucrose, Zhongli, Kokomi, Nahida, Xiangling, Ei and Shenhe or Diona 👌🏻

I ended up getting Zhongli as one of my first limited characters a while back. Although I feel that he isn't necessary, my experience throughout the whole game ended up being so much easier as I could tank through everything.

Imo, Nahida, Kazuha, Bennett, Xingqiu, Yelan, Zhongli and Kokomi are the essential ones to make your gaming experience a breeze. And yes, Zhongli and Kokomi should be on the same tier, they are the best at two different departments, shielder for Zhongli and healer for Kokomi. Whether you think a shielder or a healer is better depends on your playstyle, strategies you use at highest effectiveness or at most comfort or you enjoy the most.
Sucrose, Zhongli, Kokomi, Nahida, Xiangling, and Ei are my top supports ( Shenhe or Diona for Cryo since I listen six different elements) who I always use for events or bosses.
IMO Baizhu is a must pull. Healing, interruption blocking, constant dendro application, dendro reaction buffing. Changed my entire gameplay. I don't even need Zhongli bc Baizhu just heals and lashes out a ton of physical damage with the ocean hued set 🙏
Even the 4* shielders does a really good job, Zhongli is not a must pull.

I just started a few days ago. Never played before. Didn’t know the games been out for years. Normally I won’t play a game if it’s been out so long. But so far so good. And I don’t have any of those characters…

Probably not a must pull, but i just wanted to mentioned nilou. she’s kind of cliche and doesn’t work with absolutely everything but when it’s her time to shine, absolutely nothing can stand in her way.

Maybe it's just me, but even as a former Hu Tao main who has played the game since 1.2 and had Zhongli before the Inazuma update, with the amount of getting around a shield and how much damage Zhongli takes away from your team comp, apart from his interuption resistance, which other characters can provide too (tho Zhongli might is the best there) , I don't think he adds much. Even considering dodging taking time or stamina, often when you are proficient at the game, Zhongli will lower your oerall damage by quite a bit in most comps (esp those relying on icd's anyway and don't just wanna spam). He is a good unit and in some tho quite few teams a best in slot, but I wouldn't nearly put him up there with characters like Kazuha, Furina, Nahida or Bennett.

I never had zhongli until some few weeks ago on his last banner, ive played since first Ganyu´s banner, now, Zhongli is useful, yes, but you can find other shields useful, like elemental ones, being Kirara and Layla noticeable ones, i used Noelle at his role and she was fine. Zhongli i dont think is a Must Pull, neither a top priority since you can work around not having him, and even in some teams i rather use a healer or other element shields for element resonance. he is definetely good, but not a top priority over Kazuha, Nahida or even Raiden. He is very good tho.
For me its Kazuha. grouping enemies is so much convenient.

Electro: Raiden/Ei
Pyro: Bennett
Geo: Zhongli
Anemo: kazuha(but i like venti more)
Cryo: ayaka(but i have ganyu i like her so that's why i won't pull ayaka)
Dendro: nahida
Hydro: almost all hydro characters are good but i will choose Xinque because i have him at C6 but even if he was not C6 i would have still chose him

But yes as a DPS she is one of the strongest
But when there is bannett and xiangling like universal characters i will not put her there, if there were no bannett and xiangling in pyro then i would have put her there

With 3070 hours played. I can definitely say there are characters that make the game way way way way better. Not just by damage but how they look right down to idle animation.
EXAMPLES?
Yelan, Kazuha, Nahida, Kuky, Bennet, Xingqiu and Xiangling, once you have these, you can use any DPS to beat the game
John Lee if you want to skip thru battles without much effort cos your game is all about the stories

My Favorite team now is the traveler, Dehya, Collei and Furina, although I prefer Lynette instead of the traveler, but he’s just better skilled atm mmmh lol

Imma go with neuvilette if ur f2p no cons needed easy to get artifacts best f2p weapon is craftable and he can easily hit 100k dog at c0
My first Character banner five star was Kazuha , then Zhongli , then ayato , then ayaka , then baizhu , then neuvillette and now finally Furina .Sometimes I wonder if in real life I had this kind of luck 😃
Ok she is not a must have but beidou is very comfy for early game can farm ores , shields you ,does damage she made my early game fun

zhongli was my first 5 star he made the game so easy for me
i'm a returned in the game afther 2 years not playing. i can say nahida nad zong li are must pull, i have raiden ayaka and kazuha from their first banner. just a little bit sstruggling to keep in the peace of the storys.
For now Furina is the must pull character because she is the new archon and broken af, she will be in the first half banner of 4.2
Ima go with Ayato. His gameplay is very simple, just press E and hold, he's not overpowered nor weak, he's really flexible character that can fit in many teams, he can be used both as main and sub dps or even support and he's design is also very well made. The only problem is that he roasts you with disgust every time you open a chest
I agree, before Neuvillette he's my go to Hydro DPS for my Hyperbloom team (Nahida+Raiden+Zhongli/Kazuha)

also the thing about being able to complete all the game content with only 4 stars at least nowadays it´s a little misleading, because yes you can complete every content in the game with 4 stars but that will require more constelations, better artifacts and etc... and with that amount of effort you would put into a 4 star especially now that the broken 4 stars like xingqiu, fischl, sucrose and bennett are not that present on banners, you would do soooo much better pulling for a 5 star character. because yes it tecnically requires more pulls for a 5 star but you can guarantee a 5 star and you can´t guarantee 4 star let alone their constellations
Honestly IMO zhongli is less valuable than other defensive units because he is purely for defense. Many other defensive units like kokomi or kuki shinobu not only sustain your team, but apply elements to help reactions. Zhonglis buffing and damage capabilities are not really even worth mentioning, and the fact that if your shield does break or you forget to put it back up you will take damage. I understand that he can help you not get knocked over during rotations but honestly as long as you aren't getting one shot I feel like he will always be a superior choice especially in dendro team comps. I do acknoledge that he has the best shield, but IDK, I feel like he isn't really comparable to other "must pull" characters like raiden, nahida, yelan and kazuha. Kokomi in all honestly is superior than zhongli in every way, and i would probably recommend pulling her over zhongli.
Even with kokomi’s heal some characters get 1 shot death
Like yoimiya, ganyu, nahida etc… and zhongli is best for casual players like me :)
Don’t forget about interruption resistance
Interruption or dodging = great dps loss.
@@keralaplays1580 I think if you have Raiden or xingqui in team zhongli becomes kinda useless since they both have interruption resistance and xingqui e makes you take less damage, it’s not as good as zhongli shield, but honestly I just don’t think zhongli contributed enough to the team
@@Hello-nr7vy hmm thats right, but not everyone plays with raiden and most of the accounts have at least a fragile character like the characters I mentioned above, not only that he can also shred enemies dendro resistance I think only he can do that other than the deepwood artifact.
C2 nahida yelan raiden zhongli is pretty powerful.

Na zhongli give universal ele res shred making externally good for all sub dps and biggest sheild with no swap time for 20 secs . And Interuput res +can use favinous lancw for energy to team which koko cant

The reason there are no Cryo must pull is because there hasn't been a good universal Cryo support, well maybe Diona can fall into this category, but still isn't in the level of must have ones.
But if we're talking about main DpS then the recommendation are as follow;
Anemo: Wanderer
Geo: Itto
Electro: also Raiden / Cyno
Dendro: Alhaitham
Hydro: Neuvillette / Childe
Pyro: Hutao / Lyney
Cryo: Ganyu / Ayaka
Physical: Eula
kazuha teams and nahida teams does way more dps than wanderer and alhaitham teams.. any dps character is not a must pull specially for new and ar55 players... just pull nahida yelan kazuha... new players dont listen to others who says xingqiu can replace yelan... this statement is only viable if u have a well build xingqiu with c6 otherwise yelan c0 with low investment is way way better

I think such characters as xiangling bennett noelle ningguang yun jin sucrose and xingqiu are some characters worth looking at with new players, simply to get an idea of what a 4 star can do so people don't accidentely make a team of pure 5 stars that doesn't do anything cuz they think that 5stars are automatically better
I’ll put 2 must have categories :
Exploration : wanderer, yelan, (zhongli for not fighting mobs you don’t care)
Abyss : yelan, kazuha, nahida,
I’m not adding any 4 stars cause they are easy to get. These 3 characters are core and kind of irreplaceable so other than these I don’t think any 5 stars are must have

Kazuha and yelan is the only 5* thats a must pull. The rest are just for abyss mostly

Hard to disagree with the list. It's succinct and after two years in the game myself, it's pretty close to my list.
1. Pyro: Hu Tao one of the best DPS in the game. Bennett and Xiangling for supports.
2. Hydro - ironically considered the best element in the game by many, but was left out of this video (not complaining). Hydro is so stacked you almost can't go wrong. DPS - Neuvillette, Ayato and Tartaglia. Hydro support: Kokomi, Yelan, Xingqiu, Furina.
3. Electro: Yae Miko is usually not above Fischl or Kuki Shinobu, but I agree with her and Shogun at the top.
4. Dendro: Nahida is the only dendro character you'll ever need. But Baizhiu is great too.
5. Geo: Zhongli is the only "must". Sure, you can learn to dodge all the bosses... or you can put on a shield. Seriously, some bosses have very aggressive AOE attacks and Zhongli just neutralizes them. I will say Navia is super-fun to play, and maybe next time I won't lose my 50/50 wishing for her.
6. Cryo: Ayaka is still the best DPS. I've heard Writhesley is good especially with Furina, but my own experience with him was that he isn't that great. He's cool, but doesn't hit all that hard unless built right. Lots of good supports; Diona, Rosaria, Kaeya.
7. Anemo: Most people will say Kazuha, or Venti or Sucrose. I'm here to tell you that Kazuha is by far the best universally.
Xiao and waderer are must haves for anemo dps lovers
agree with everything except zhongli. hes more of a Qol character and actually lowers team dps unless ur playing mono geo

I would say Yelan also deserves a spot on this
She only fits on teams that use normal attacks and need hydro, which is pretty limiting.
Even then, you can just use Xinqiu.
I'm struggling to find use for her given how many teams just don't want her, especially with all the charge attack carries getting released.

I widely agree with your choice. In my FAV team are Kazuha and Zhongli. I agree with Bennett but prefer Yanfei, don't need a healer when I have Zhongli. I also like Nahida and her playstyle, especially picking up the items in the wilderness, but I prefer a distance fighter. The best option is Ganyu. Sometimes I use Raiden or Ayaka as well or swap the whole team to a special selection, in general for fire fights. Btw. I love playing the Archon Quests with Traveler MC - mine is the cute Lumine.
U dont play bennet for the heal, you pla, him for the 600atk buff
Instead of whom I should play Bennett? Yanfei is my main DPS. Kazuha buffes and controls. Zhongli shilds and Ganyu is for range fight. U don't know my prefered playstyl. Bennett is not a/my must have!@@Shortstep_

These supports plus a great dps of your choice (raiden, alhaitham, etc…) are game changers.
For me zhongli is not that much of must pull unless you use characters like hu tao, lyney, etc… especially after furina’s release, shielders are just meh now🏃♀️

@@Ahraz09 she needs a healer to gain instant stacks, a team wide healer at that. You can get jean if you got lucky but the CURRENT healers that we have are mid or need to be on field to provide heals to the whole team (except baizhu but not everyone wants/has him)
@@Ms-dk8mf she's still very good without any healer, her kit literally is mona + yelan + combination and she can walk on water her heal isnt strong as baizhu and kokomj but it stays longer in field than theirs
Its amazing how geo is so poor compared to other elements but geo arcon completely changes the game .
Wanderer and Raiden MUST HAVES
No one is really a must pull per se. You can 9* abyss 12 with 4* in this game.
To this day I still havent pulled Nahida and Raiden, nor I will intent to, and I'm doing great clearing abyss12 9* just fine.
Pull for fun factor, not meta imo. Meta fun wears off quickly, actual fun characters will always be fun. Now If you happen to find a meta char to be fun, more power to you, but they tend to be boring.

As a free2play, I can only afford Diluc 💀I think ur list is pretty good! Ive pulled Nahida before luckily, and I never regretted it, shes one of my best!
Personally, I just CANNOT play without Scara! His traversal is carrying my team all the time, and also very memorable story-wise!

I refuse to pull Zhongli. Totally eliminates skill. I do a lot of damage but I find needing to at least dodge keeps it somewhat balanced.
I get that. I wish they would make another counter based character like beidou for a dark soul kinda Playstyle

For me the game-changing character come down to the situation:
Venti: Many think Kazuha is better, but did you know if you freeze your enemies. Venti provides tones of reaction dmg.
Kazuha: Often though as better than Venti, the truth is that situation varies and when you want more personal dmg from your main dps than reaction, Kazuha will be your go-to option.
4-star nation: Xingqui, Xiangling and Bennett - I consider all of those 3 high valuable 4-star that are on par or better than 5-star
Hu Tao : Easily the most fearsome main dps in the game, scaling with some HP% she's actually best in a vaporize team with 2 hydro and Zhongli.
Zhongli: Made the game extremely easily with his shred shield that negates the need to dodge.
Yelan - Hand down to one of the best sub-dps hydro in the game with some buff abilities
Nahida -THE BEST sub-dps in the entire game.
Lost 50/50 on kazuha on every banner 😮💨
