A few vlogs ago, you made your own version of Erewhon's white beans tomato salad. Since that vlog, you made me rediscover white beans and I have been eating them twice a week. A great source of protein, minerals and vitamins. TYSM for making this ratatouille, a staple in french cuisine. You can eat it hot or cold and even better the day after.

Love your tomato sampling, it made me smile. Home grown tomatoes are so good! If you like sweet cherry tomatoes (grape I think in US) sweet aperitif is a really nice variety.

Ratatouille is my favorite summer meal, it’s first the traditional meal with some bread, then it’s over polenta, then I add tomato sauce and make into a chunky spaghetti sauce
(As you tell) any southern (from France) will tell you that you need to cook each ingredient separately to make a real ratatouille. BUT I am from the north (of France) and life is too short for this 😂 i cannot real taste the difference anyway.

PS : i think that beans can be cooked in tomato sauce directly which gives a lot of flavour to beans. And it actually makes a difference. ❤
