@dookie fingers Actually it depends just as much on your representation and the prosecution. Kyle has basically stated he was intimidated into admitting to charges to get less time because the federal prosecutors threatened to give him something like 15 years or something silly if he didnt admit guilt. Then when the judge said passing a joint to a friend is not evidence of distribution the prosecutor apparently basically said "well _he_ (Kyle) thinks it does" as if that was a genuine argument. Honestly Kyles attorney sounds pretty incompetent to not leap on that and challenge it. No reasonable judge or jury is going to accept that as evidence of distribution. But cant really fault a guy for not wanting to risk 15 years on a jury trial, I think most people would have caved under that pressure. His attorney should have known better though.

I just can't believe he ate a tad more than 300 calories per day and survived or didn't have any health problems - especially considering the fact, that he ran 3 miles per day with Snow, right? It's less than a concentration camp ration.
He said he ate chili, so he sent his body into ketosis. It's where your body burns fats instead of carbs for fuel. Atkins diet - essentially. So he may have only eaten 300 calories, but his body fat provided the rest of the calories to burn; probably about 3,000 calories came from body fat per day including his run in the mornings. Chili gave him the protein to prevent muscle death, the body fat provided calories to fuel his body.

I want to drive a truck 😂 perfect job I love driving and don’t want a boss breathing down my neck
Taylor is probably the funniest guy here
This makes me sad to hear how ignorant your government is, the fact that you can go to jail for possession of Cannabis is a joke.
It's funny because it's mostly conservative politicians who fight to keep it illegal, and damn near every conservative I know smokes like a chimney
How do y’all know Ed and Rabbit?
16:15 once you get below 10 your eligible for camp
Social pressure sways judges. Go and protest. You'd be surprised at what that can do

Well explain then big guy
These videos show up in the recommended section and are only funny clips from the podcasts. Many people just like funny content
@MOBsta Imaging don’t necessarily know all, just been listening to the podcast for 8 years
@TacoBellCrunchWrapOfficial glad you’re enjoying. TH-cam algorithm is crazy haha
I just checked them out because I saw a video about Wings. Stayed for the prison stories and conspiracy theories.
Can you imagine being the people who confiscated the guns and just finding artillery guns and AA guns
What will happen to Kyle when marijunna is decriminalized?
probably nothing because this country is an unjust shithole
If I where in prison/jail and I had kyle money I wouldn’t t disclose that...thats how you get extorted
i mean u could hold it over their head that ur the only one with that type of money,u can make them do what y want for money
@Dick Thick'em I think a lot of people that to to prison are probably too pussy to go to prison but it happens
@@jimym3954 or they could hold it over you, because you are locked in there with them, they could just beat your ass daily until you pay up
Saying that prison food is good is extremely misleading you went to club fed, State prisons are where the rat meat is.. lol not really but you get like beans for every meal and everything is watered down with very small portions.
Holy shit, was kyle locked up at franklin county jail at some point?
Check out the bunker thats where the real shit is XD
I had to go to juvie for 23 hours, for breakfast we got unflavored grits, some beans, and a piece of stale ass cornbread
Not saying I really suffered, just that the food sucked.
Twenty three hours? I don’t know anything about Juvie but what did you even do?

When you click on a video just to hear some random stories from an old TH-camr and all of a sudden you hear *Rabbit and Ed*?
Called a spread
Just incase anyone is curious this is typical of what the government does Kyle's situation isn't abnormal i personally did 11 months in federal lockup 6 months in MDC Brooklyn 5 months in MCC in Manhattan i had my federal case thrown out and NY state picked up my case i ended doing 25 months in rikers i plead out to 3 years but i only had 11 months after i was sentenced and anything less than a year left you do your time on rikers that really sucked
Rabbit is the shit, has he only been on this one time?
I think he has been on like 2-3 time but sadly no more 🥹
He’s dead
Everyone is always so shocked, all the black people who listen are like “ if you were a nigga you would’ve got 10 years min.”
after 6 months in prison I didnt miss my phone. Tho taking a shower alone I really missed! I mean it was stalls with curtains etc, but ya'll know what I mean. 0 Privacy sucks
Holy shit, that's 🐰 and Ed
Ed Bolian is the Walmart dax shepard
Rabbit and Ed!
Those poor poor homeless guns, how can they do that.
@@mrsilver8517 thank you! I'll have to read into it. If you're correct, he'd loose around 20kg of fat during those 2 months in prison. Whoa :D
@@Sallahaddin1 Which is roughly what he lost IIRC. 35 pounds I think he said.
The land of the free?!
Really?!
Plus kyle had wax atleast thats what it said on the docket thingy thats a felony its a completely different thing than just the bud plus he got it in the mail thats federal on federal on federal
Get Larry Lawton on the show
Why did Kyle have all those guns? What state is this in? Did his girlfreind drop her shirt against the glass while talking on those prison phones ?
He had all those guns because he ran a youtube channel, FPSRussia
