I 100% agree with your opinion. And he also got videos of him actually catching animals to eat. Would love to see you react to them

He's in the middle of the Alaskan Wilderness, not much food out there to hunt. If you go out there with no food thinking you're just going to hunt, then you're most likely going to starve. He has some videos of him Hunting and Fishing. But he does take food out with him as well, his out door videos are about being prepared something ACTUAL survivalists strive for, if you're doing the I'm unprepared so I have to drink my own piss and hunt for stuff, then you're not going to survive very long. But to many people watch to many Hollywood produced survival shows, shows that have full camera crews and trailers with everything they need, he's out there on his own. I use to go camping all the time as a kid with, and I'm telling you, you want to be as prepared as possible when camping. You do not want to end up in a survival situation, because at that point you're as good as dead. Specially in snow climates.

@@OFFICIALDTVReactions Just saw a bunch of comments along the same line, didn't mean to come off strong, it's just when it comes to survival, you want to be as prepared as he is. The other way is basically the emergency I have no other choice scenarios that you have about a 90% chance of not surviving if you get to that point, they still have their place and it's good to learn some things from them, but for the normal people without extensive military training, you would not be pulling off half of those survival techniques. So it's just better to know what you're getting into and prepping ahead of time for the trip. It's the difference from someone surviving in a place they never been too, and someone not just surviving but living in a hard to live place, like the natives living in a jungle a survivor expert is just trying not to die in. Sorry I also interned at a Museum before learning about a local tribe living in the Desert. So it's fascinating to me to watch not only Tourists surviving an area but a local showing how to actually live and thrive in an area. And that's kind of how I see his videos, as someone who grew up doing this and lives over there, so he knows more than just how to live out there, but how to have a comfortable camping trip out in the COLD that most people wouldn't even want to step out into.

His truck is a KEI truck from Japan, you'll notice when he drives it, he's on the right hand side. You should watch his homestead playlist, he acquires the truck in that series.
