I have had people say that these deleted scenes are not on their dvd's or listed in the menu section of their dvd's, these deleted scenes came from the special edition, that came with Happy Gilmore and Billy Madison, the ones on the special edition will appear much smaller because these have been stretched out to fill the screen.
I always wondered why the jerk didn't get his comeuppance...now I know why, they deleted it.

It's weird. This scene is in the tv version I used to watch on FX. But not on the dvd or in theaters. I always wondered why. The dvd version(the official version) feels like it's missing a part of the plot.
I"m so glad to see I'm not the only one who saw this scene once and couldn't figure out why I never saw it again lol now it makes perfect sense because there was certain TV versions that kept it. So interesting...
I see that the "Meesta Meesta" lady survived having an AC dropped on her.

@Andre David The AC only fell on her stomach so she wouldn't of died from that. Not only that, Happy said that he will be right down to help her so he must have rushed down and got the AC off of her and soon she wasn't in agony anymore.

lol I love how "The Orderly", coming out of nowhere, first greets people, his voice goes higher and he puts on immaculate display of manners, also enjoyed seeing him fly out the window, kind of wish they'd have kept that in the movie.

@Tony Hodgin That definitely would have been great if they kept it in the movie since when I watch the movie, it doesn't show whatever happened to him where the last time he was seen was where he was telling Grandma Gilmore that her time is up on the phone. Perhaps it should have shown him dying after being thrown out of the building or the police arresting him where all it looks like is that he broke his right arm after being thrown out.
He deserved far worse than that!!

As a teen in the 90's, I remember watching the TV version that had these deleted scenes which the theatre and VHS didn't have.
It pissed me off that there were no justice for his grandmother in the movie.

This scene is in the tv version of the film. Idk why they cut it originally, but i think after time they realized the movies missing something and threw this scene in the tv versions of it. Watching it on dvd now definitely feels like part of the movies plot is missing lol

Your right about that! I remember the first time I ever seen this when I was 12, I was quite dissatisfied that the movie didn’t show the cruel orderly guy getting what was coming to him for being so cruel and taking terrible advantage of poor old people.

I've seen the scene where he gets thrown out of a window on TV.
They had to remove this scene because the guy could have Happy Gilmore arrested for attempted murder for throwing him out of the window, it's a scene that shows you how crazy and unstable Happy really is even if he has good intentions.
That would’ve been a fair argument, if they hadn’t kept that scene of Happy throwing the IRS guy out of the door. This scene with Hal shouldn’t have been deleted

He probably wouldn't report it. If he snitched on Happy for throwing him out a window, Happy could easily turn him in for elder abuse. He has more than enough witnesses who would back him up on this claim. Scummy people will usually do anything to avoid going to the cops because they don't want their own dirty business to get exposed.

Sorry for the late reply, they did play the part of Ben Stiller being thrown out the window on the TV version, but not on netflix or hulu or dvd's. this only came from the DVD special edition. I had the regular dvd version before, and it was not listed anywhere.

It seems that some TV,DVD,Blu Ray and streaming services air the guy getting thrown off the balcony scene intact While other times they do not. I personally remember seeing it on TV a few times.

Just watched this movie on a movie channel and you might know that all of this was cut out of it!
First time I saw Happy Gilmore was on TV and the scene where he threw Ben Stiller's character off the balcony was included in that particular cut of the movie. When I rewatched the movie later on video I was disappointed to see that this scene was not included.

@@dannigro8794 At least he landed in a bush so it's at least a little plausible whereas Chubbs landed on a driveway, but you're right Chubbs didn't fall as high plus he rolled off the roof. If Chubbs landed on his head then it's understandable that he died. The fact Hal doesn't seem injured at all, nor does the bush look damaged is unrealistic. In the final cut, Happy says "let's go get your house back" and then cuts to the scene where the main villainShooter does his most despicable act (aside from asking his underappreciated overly obsessed fan to run Happy over). The movie sorta flows better without this scene but it's still nice that Hal got what was coming to him.

Am I in an alternate dimension? Because I remember the last part. It's in the movie. This is my first time seeing these deleted scenes, and I remember that part when Happy confronts Ben Stiller. "I say let's get in there and go to work". I remember that line. How else would I remember this?
They show the part when Happy confronts Ben Stiller on TV, but when you watch it on Netflix or buy the dvd movie, and it is removed, only the special edition has it in the deleted scenes section, but if you saw it on TV they would have showed him being thrown out the window, but the scene was still chopped in little pieces, the parts that was cut out was when Ben Stiller says she's wearing a crown with toilet paper coming out, and when the elderly come out of the building was chopped in pieces on the TV version, they didn't show the Meesta Meesta woman yelling i'm free!.

@@ElGaby323 Same, I think we were all shocked that Happy didn't do anything to him, and would let something like that fly with his grandma or any elderly people, and I agree, and many others that it would made the movie better to keep it in there for justice for the elderly.
Gabriel Lorenzana Well chubbs falls out of a window and dies. And that’s important to the plot. So they probably wouldn’t want a scene of one hated character falling from a high level and surviving where another falls and dies. For consistency purposes.
If someone treated my grandma like that, throwing him off the balcony would only be the first part.
