      @@user-sn3ww4kr7o Western science refers to the usage of the scientific process and a system of rejecting hypotheses. There were other forms of "science" before Western or "modern" science, although they wouldn't be called science now

    Precisavam de levar um chá...porque usam máscara e não usam luvas?? Quanto mais se mistura mais se estraga a essência do chá!! as ervas são pesadas por uma balança ...será que as essências são equitativas?? consoante os chás assim o número de pessoas... O peso tradicional feito de forma singular numa mistura plural!! Há o chá das 5 ...Quantas vezes os Chineses to am chá por dia?

    When seeing the title, I thought this video would show you some poisonous ingredients with molecular names like aristolochic acid, arsenide, aconitine, aflatoxin, Pb-compound, Hg-compound, etc. Finally I realized: Oh, this is the National Geographic Society, not the American Chemical Society, or any medical organization.

      It’s always a slow boil from 4 parts of water to only one part to get the full benefit , all germs would have died.

      Alan - Personally, I would think "some" would be half a cup! The stuff smells bad when boiling, and tastes much worse. Whenever I had to make it, I felt the need to close the windows so my neighbors would not think that it was decomp happening.

      Lots of people drink herbal teas and most of the ingredients dont even have any benefites for the human body for instance cicada shells

      @@bonelessbagel2624 i know all of our medicines derive from nature its just hard to find people that know what their talking about. Like what they do and how much to take or drink each time, all that in one place. A lot is good until you have one spoon too much example.

    The only thing that this video is guilty is not providing more information - because clearly people who are not familiar are getting the wrong ideas and misconceptions. FYI a good scientist/journalist explores everything and are not discriminate of information so if they didn't post such things the ignorant stay ignorant.

      Herbs are boiled and only liquid is drunk. You don't wear gloves when you cut vegetables for your soups, do you?
