Just now getting a chance to watch/listen. You guys make God's word so easy to understand. As someone with Autism, it's so difficult some times to understand the bible and sermons. This makes it easier! Thank you!
Holy Spirit, His Spirit to me is His Truth that Jesus left behind on earth. The mindblowing, life changing coming to know, that there is this power beyond all things, called love. That we, weak, broken, sinful people are loved so much as little children, no matter what we do. That Spirit of Truth is life changing in that it provides hope, faith, transcendence from the transient things of this world. If Jesus never left to do accomplish how task, we would never know the depth of God's love, of love itself. Something left in religion, folk lore, art, tradition, it leaves a much more powerful message than the person itself. And I think God knew that, he knew what we would need for decades, millenia to come. The Spirit.
So glad you are still able to preach Gods messages. Its no coincidence that the messages you teach and preach come at just the right time when we need it the most. Preaching from your bedroom at home is probably not what you envisioned in seminary.....but I think you are touching even MORE hearts than you ever thought you would. I really enjoyed this video, it was very helpful for me. I have a hard time remembering God loves and forgives me. I have even hard time thinking the Holy Spirit lives in me. I mean I know but then dou is pop up. But this really help me understand more and know it's not always how I feel. Feelings can lie but the word of God is truth. Could you talk about mental illness at some point. About what the Bible says and if it is a sin? Thank you 😊💜
I would like to learn more. Would you have a good area to start. I've always been spiritual but never religious. I believed in nature the elements always believed in a creator. But recently I've been compelled to learn more about christ and be in service of others. It's strange how the worlds becoming and my health has been bad. I feel like I need to learn and do something real have purpose and do good while I can. I watched the Frey life for years I found your channel because I have lyme and it popped up one day.
