Thank you for such a wonderful message for the first day of a new year. Resolving to know nothing except Jesus Christ and him crucified. Back in April at the beginning of quarantine I started reading the Bible daily. It's the first time I ever read from beginning to end finishing on December 31. It allowed me to bring Jesus into my life and to really take the time to study the word. It was profound and life changing.

I watch your vlog quite often. I came across you guys after watching a sermon Peter has online. I have watched all of Peters’s teaching on Ephesians and I check quite often for new content on this channel. Keep up the good work, Peter you are obviously anointed to teach and you have such a style that is so relaxing to listen to while giving out so much truth and wisdom. I pray the Lord is leading you to bring even more this year. You guys are great witnesses and I’m so happy Mary is doing so well!

I’ve been thinking the concept of that quote for quite a few years now but you finally put words to it 😊
PS when I said “Peter!” I was literally hearing Mary playfully scolding you in my head. Here in my message it obviously is not meant as scolding but that exclamation did come to mind 😉
I do binge watch The Frey Life channel. Thank you for updating the month by month playlist earlier in 2020. I was so delighted and so relieved.

I think a formative practice for me is to look for positive alternatives when things don't turn out as expected. 2020 was not what I expected but I found little ways to enjoy the small things in life. Letting go of the mundane and keeping as healthy as possible. God is there when I just can't find my way or someone else is in need and I can help them. Spiritual I like to give back to other who have help me in times of need that's my way of a Chrstian life. Great podcast On this Sunday morning in my little house god bless.

I loved this topic. But from your vlog earlier, I was watching to count how many yawns Mary did. Lol. I have to make sure I study the Bible before I watch your vlogs. And others. But I pray alot for situations happening for many of the families I watch. My church and youth group has prayed for Mary alot. Love when you start teaching Peter!! Your excitement is so powerful. We watch Moody Church every week on our computer. Love their services.

What a beautiful, sweet reminder! This was packed with so much truth!!! Thank you so much for sharing. I used to do more quantitative New Years resolutions, but the past few years I’ve moved to the word/theme. 2020 didn’t go as expected, but I LOVED that the Lord taught me to slow down in the midst of the chaos. I’m carrying the theme “Be Still” into 2021. Because I have the Hope of Jesus, I am so excited for what 2021 will bring. I want to focus on spiritual moments in the mundane! 💕

Brother Lawerence wrote a book a he was this monk who was a cook and he prayed for everything, and like with the armour in Ephesians when I put it on everyday, at the end, it tells you to pray for everything prayers and petitions for all things and I think if Brother Lawerence and he very much encouraged these formative experiences, in ALL things be it a car park or baking soup or something big or whatever and then as well to pray for all the saints (Christians) so it’s not wrong to pray for those “small” things! In fact in the very armour of God we’re called to pray for them!! And then someone that I respect so much in that when I comes to prayer he was pretty amazing, he also thoroughly encouraged this, pray, for everything!

“Practicing the Presence of God” is a classic, so good! It has had a huge impact on my thinking about communing with Jesus in the midst of the mundane!

I, like Mary, don’t really embrace anything quantitative since I don’t want to disappoint myself - one of my biggest stressors is the thought of being a disappointment. But the message was good to think more about developing better practices in prayer and spirituality and faith in daily living!

This is my whole life, now, to walk in the Spirit with God, less ‘flesh’, the better.
To me, in this New Year ; relationships matter most~ first, with Christ~ knowing who I am, IN CHRIST, and in touch with Him , worshiping Him in Spirit and in truth, asking the Father, in Jesus’ Name, praying without ceasing, and yes, reading and feasting on the Word of God. ; walking and being in the Spirit are healthiest , abiding, listening and obeying God.
The things I can do with God in His life in (abiding) me, speaking the Word, the Good Report, singing Psalms, choosing forgiveness, staying humble, trusting and waiting on God’s promises; all the while , going on at the same time - in the mundane.
I NEED the joy and strength of the Lord to just breathe and move, because He brought me back to life after my heart stopped on 10/15/2015, a day before my son’s birthday. Ever since, when I read and pray the Word of God (Bible), in faith- I can feel the Holy Spirit actually doing His inner work in me- my spirit, soul, and physical body; deliverance and healing, even being lifted up, removing heaviness, and enabling me to DO what I need to do- to walk to the BR, do dishes, laundry, make those hard phone calls about finances, and especially not to worry or let emotions spiral down.
I know the Holy Spirit breathes for me, laughs, speaks through me, loves me when the world and some family members are hating me for no true reason.
I think the most important thing I need to deeply learn is how to be angry and not sin! I don’t get angry often, and most people wouldn’t know if I was- but it turns me inward to attack myself- as if things were all MY fault, and I was sinned against because I was the cause and rightful reason for their ungodly behavior 😳... when it truly is their issue of sin. My parents brought me up to be their scapegoat- I want to break FREE of that NOW, in the early hours of this New Year! In Jesus’ Name!

Peter! U hit the nail on the head with saying “I need pressure in order to propel me towards things that have to get done” what a thing to say for the New Year’s Day 2021 upload

It would be great if you offered bible study zoom in the store guys. I live in Europe and here I cannot find any :( but would love to do it to help me get deeper into scriptures. Have you ever thought about doing that? 🙏❤️

Is there an app where you can listen to the Bible? Or one that you would recommend.?
I’m a true believer. I’ve experienced things that I cant explain, but I know he’s there with me. But I just don’t know the Bible like I should. It’s just hard for me to understand some of it and to make sure that I am understanding it the way it should be understood. So I feel like if it’s on tape on an app I can listen to it in the car I can listen to it on the way to work I can listen to it when I’m walking and that would help.
Thank you for all your positivity.
