Great vid! 😊 I do encourage everyone to SKIP ON FOIE GRAS. It involves force feeding ducks and geese to fatten their liver. The fact that it is served on a buffet raises more suspicions on how they maintain supply. Every small sacrifice counts.
Foie gras is delicious. Are you vegan? If not, then you're a hypocrite.
No point in splurging for expensive buffets if you will pass on stuff like foie gras.
