I give these guys a world of credit. id be on the air horns just hitting the apron!! Retired after years, miss it ever day. The fur still goes up when i hear it.
I love the zoom in at the end of the sign about being "ticketed and towed!" I had a chief tell me once, and he was serious, who cares if they are parked in your way, that's why we have the front bumpers! Push the SOB outta the way!
I had Joe Castelluci in my taxi cab in Cape Canaveral - to his cruise ship Adventure of the seas. I recognized him from a documentary .. I lost a high school friend in the south tower on nine eleven. God Bless you - Never forget the 343 FDNY ..
We will never forget !!!!! TANKS !!!!!!!! Une pensée éternelle pour JOHN O'NEIL .
Last time I was in New York I did some station hops, they let you into the station, but patches shirts etc take pictures. I wanted to visit this one but couldn’t make it. Reason being my hometown Scranton the engine No that protected my end of the city was engine 7, the spare truck that I also parked in that station is truck 1. Some nostalgia for me. Maybe next time. Thank you for sharing.
When you see the red lights coming out of the garages of the firestation, they're going to come out and start screaming their siren to get to where they need to go.
I can't believe that car was parked in front of the station! He's lucky he didn't get towed and cited. The ones who won't move out of the way of a firetruck trying to get through traffic also should be cited. I admire and respect all firefighters for doing a difficult job and have no respect for people who think their time or getting to that appointment, dinner, etc. is more important. Don't know what's worse, people like that or the looky-loos.
TheSamoloot Not really sure what you’re saying there, the “Feds” are anyone that works for the Federal Government in the US, think like the FBI, CIA, Secret Service, even National Park Rangers.
2:45 Sad that this sign is even necessary because you know that someone has tried to get out of a ticket for blocking the FD because they were a lawyer, cop, etc.
With there response time records and having a smaller responding area that they cover they are able to take a few extra seconds plus the traffic is blocking them
its not that hard to do in the back, im a FF, and our scba's are in the seats, we already have our pants on, and jacket, its takes 20 seconds to get the airpack on and ready for use.
I can’t get over how people don’t give a shit about a fire truck, or any emergency vehicle with lights and sirens trying to get to an emergency. Unreal!!!
A guy parked in front of the bay door of my fire house once..... we got paged out and the chief pushed his car with the engine. That was like 4 years ago or so
Had this on my Watch Later for years. Was worth the wait.
* lights start flashing through the windows *
The cars in front of the gates: *sweating nervously*

2:45 love the sign 😂👍
I feel like every time a department gives them crap, they get added to the sign.

Awesome! Looks crazy how the huge trucks just pop out of those tiny looking gates!
That's what she said

Damn, I'm 31 years old and there still nothing cooler to watch than FDNY responding to a call.
This looks amazing. Always loved firetrucks, the colours, the sizes, the sounds, man isn't that awesome. Thanks for the service!

Wow, that is badass! As a serving soldier I have nothing but the upmost respect for fire fighters!! 👍👌🏼
Matsimus everyone has respect for these guys, why mention that you’re a soldier if you don’t have to? Lol
I did not expect to see one of my favourite youtubers commenting here, great video isn’t it.
Z
Oh hi Matsimus. I love your vids.
Thank you, Sir! You are a true American Hero and than you for the recognition.
I'm always amazed with the NY videos how indifferent traffic seems to be about moving out the way.
america!
How in the world do the engineers get those huge trucks inside the House....ohhh I forgot...they make 5000 runs per year…..lol..great job..
FDNY Guys happy New Year!!!, from Moscow ( Russia)
Thank you guys, happy thanksgiving
Looks like Croatian firefighters are faster
I hate that I know what you mean.
@@mortenf7655 same lolololol
Morten F 😂😂 same
XD
LOL we all had the same recommendations. Was thniking the same
I have huge respect to these guys and they are very professional
Driving in the heart of a big city isnt easy, drivers REALLY need to leave space and DONT get mad at those who do.
Engine 7 - Ladder 1 -- Q2B Siren.
Batt. 1 - Yelp & Wail.
Im from England but thank you for what you do
Gotta say I absolutely love that sign at the end.
Thank you for your service
That’s a beautiful fire station!
The firetruck in the US of A look so good
This camera work is astonishing!!!!! Perfect video wooooow
Really love the sign in the windshield
That's gotta be such a difficult job trying to maneuver through all of that traffic.
there should be no parking on the street, most of the uk fire stations have room to move out on a job. love the videos.
That is why I could never drive a truck in NY
bill330 at least the European appliances have the advantage over the across the ocean appliances.
considering fire trucks, the difference of the 2 continents is not that large but articulated is big
That tower ladder is a big truck! Emergency response in NYC must be hellish.
the fire service takes a lot of stick from other emergency services but FDNY are just darn cool
When you see the red lights coming out of the garages of the firestation, they're going to come out and start screaming their siren to get to where they need to go.
In Australia it's illegal to be parked in front of emergency vehicle entries and the road is marked as such.
Zuuuuu Geil! Ich liebe New York! Allein das Wail und wie die mit dem Bullhorn spielen! Nice Video!😍😍😍😍
Great Video
So calm
I like how half the truck chauffeurs keep their bunker pants on the outside and not in a compartment 😂
Most of the US firefighters do that. They lay them next to the truck the only things inside is their coats and helments inside.
Good ole NYC gridlock, love it!
Hello.👍👍👍👍.Professional Firefighter frome Poland.
Did Ladder 1's step touch the yellow guard at the bottom as she pulled out?
Super vidéo comme d'habitude et vivement la suite
Such stunning trucks wow!
What was the thought process of the guy in the black Toyota just let me park right in front of this fire station
He is lucky he wasn't tagged n towed
I can't believe that car was parked in front of the station! He's lucky he didn't get towed and cited. wonder how many people have said "i didn't see the sign."
thumb up, just for the sign at the end ;-)
Great catch - great footage - thanks for posting
@Leselyt58, Good morning, how are you and what is the weather like this morning? Have a nice day
ONE TIGHT FIT!
This is the station in the 9-11 documentary. Any word on where that probie firefighter is now?
Ima a fdny driver / engineer and trust me. It’s hard to turn out of there especially when there’s high traffic and cars parked on the side
No you ain’t bruh
why u lyin
2:50 "Feds" "Fed-Ex" "or absolutely anybody else"
Great catches! 🚒🚨
Fantastic!
Nice trucks! :)
That sign is .. umm.. cool I should say. "Feds, Fedex" lol
TheSamoloot Not really sure what you’re saying there, the “Feds” are anyone that works for the Federal Government in the US, think like the FBI, CIA, Secret Service, even National Park Rangers.
Its federal
2:45 Sad that this sign is even necessary because you know that someone has tried to get out of a ticket for blocking the FD because they were a lawyer, cop, etc.
Wouldn't it make sense to knock down those arches and make the garage bit open, so the trucks can drive in and out much easier?
FDNY 💪🚨👍🚒🚑
I can feel the frustration in this one
Somebody want to call the squad, the real firefighters need coffee.
How they back up in there is what I want to see.
That sign kills me. Its so funny.
Aren’t they supposed to put their gear on and be in the truck in seconds?
With there response time records and having a smaller responding area that they cover they are able to take a few extra seconds plus the traffic is blocking them
There in NYC they ain’t getting anywhere too fast tbh
its not that hard to do in the back, im a FF, and our scba's are in the seats, we already have our pants on, and jacket, its takes 20 seconds to get the airpack on and ready for use.
sometimes there is not enough room to actually do all of that inside and then get in the truck
WOW! They sure was in a hurry! I blinked and almost missed the whole thing
Maybe they were in a hurry because there was a fire.............
I can’t get over how people don’t give a shit about a fire truck, or any emergency vehicle with lights and sirens trying to get to an emergency. Unreal!!!
Still dont get why they seem to only have to biggest firetrucks, would a mixture of small, medium and ladders be more effective?
どー考えてもでかすぎなんだな。これが。
でも、かっこよすぎ。しびれる
そして建物の出口が小さすぎっていうね。
Can you in English pls? I don't speak noodles.
I Love the American Fire Trucks
Nice one!
dann462 p
I love the sirens of American fire trucks they sound like a nuke siren. I live in UK the sirens sound so shit especially ambulance
No better sound than that horn!!!
I wonder how many cars have actually been ticked and towed ?
"We on the way ,keep the fire on !"
Is this the same fire house that they used on the FX tv show "Rescue Me"?
Where is this fire house located?
Duane Street In Tribeca Manhattan
What station is that
Engine 7 Tower Ladder 1 Battalion 1 And Car 6
Anybody else see the TL scrap the back Officer side step coming out the bay?
Love the parking sign at the end! They forgot to put NASA.
Were they telling you to move?
what is the name of the first siren ?
Harold.
Q2B
nice great work
When did Pfifer leave B1??
Yay, and i thought a cadillac from 60's was big.. those are monsters on wheels
I think LADDER 1 was first firehouse on scene 9/11 day
Was that Jay Leno in the beginning getting into the car?
From your videos it seems that it needs to be ran a commercials and even radio ads. They have delays for getting out of their fire house.
A guy parked in front of the bay door of my fire house once..... we got paged out and the chief pushed his car with the engine. That was like 4 years ago or so
"OR ABSOLUTELY ANYONE ELSE" 😁😁😁😁😁
I don't know how they manage to get anywhere in NYC with all of that traffic 😑
Anjos da vida , Que Deus os Protejam todos os dias🙏🙏
Kind of narrow gates for such big trucks lol. Looks like Shaq with his tiny girlfirend..
Why isn’t battalion 1 using the 3rd garage
wasn't this the same fire house that was filmed in the 9/11 documentary?.
Yes, you're right ;)
The sign is basically the longer version of:
"If POTUS put his Beast here, it would be towed." :D
at the end wow what a savage
I love engine 7
Is Tony still there?
I watched the 911 documentary and there are a lot of people there.
Are any of this group still in use?
Greetings from GER
Wow guest video🤟🤟🤟
Wow, you're gonna need some bigger doors
Engine cest fpt
Leader c'est echelle
Rescue c'est un engin polyvalent ?
Ladder 1 is a fucking beast!!! Look at the size of that shit! I thought our British 6x4 Ladders were big...
