I like to go to estate sales because there’re usually from people that had passed and I found it fascinating how their clothes and belongings tell a part of their story. I love everything you got ❤
Ah, once again I just LOVED those vintage pants on you. But I can absolutely imagine the feel of that crazy polyester & it is not at all pleasant. Stylish, though! Looked like fun to play with all those items.
I love your style! I could and would wear most of these looks, minus the jeans/dress combos and some of the floral print mixing. (At my advanced age, people might think I needed help getting dressed - but it looks great on someone your age.). The first/abstract print dress with white jacket and yellow scarf is terrific. The orange dress is my favorite color, and the goose print black/white, the white ruffled blouse with green pants… I’m drooling.
I'm glad you enjoyed these things. I admit they weren't my favorites but there were some interesting moments in there! For me, I discovered how much I like elastic waist jeans.... ha!
🎉Happy way of honoring🎉 her & her 🆒️ clothing collection. 😊Watched it twice to enjoy these vintage beauties & your super styling skills. 😉You have great gams, but we all have our sensitivities. (Mine are my hips & upper thighs😂).⏳️As an hourglass, layering more voluminous dresses over floppy soft trousers would likely be way too much ⬅️bulk➡️ for me🤣. ✂️Could be interesting to do high side splits on the shorter dresses & pair w/ discreet coordinating bike shorts & white platform sneakers for a ☀️summery outfit. 🧡Love shirt dresses used open as a lightweight duster shacket over a solid color base, it's so 👁👁visually elongating ↕️ I would wear it open w/light wash cut-offs & a baby blue tee w/trainers too. Like that the dress would obscure the behind & thighs a bit. Too bad about the 70s 🧡corduroy delight failing bcos the lighter orange tailored dress was quite charming on you w/the cami & 💙light elastic jeans. 🤎Loved the brown dress w/the 💙bold blue patterned scarf & the flashy bright blue cropped shacket💙. Adored the brighter blue mod 80s dress as a top✂️ paired w/the blue plaid jacket & relaxed darker jeans best of all👏🏻. As a dress, that bright futuristic dress would feel very dated w/pumps😔. Both it & the pink petite floral dress could be fun w/white sneakers for a sporty casual look, but that's likely more my speed than yours😬. The 🤎brown/blk🖤floral blouse looked lovely w/your buttoned skirt, as did the blue💘 tailored patterned top w/cap sleeves. Like the tall red trouser socks, tights, & boots too w/the red floral botanical dress as well as the geese dress👍. The cropped denim shacket w/the deep V-neck was attractive as were both floppy denim pants. The black soft cropped pants were also a big winner. Curious to see which if any of these garments still remain in your wardrobe today. Hope the discards found good homes🏘, so her legacy can live on. 💚Bridget from Cali☘️ (using my pal's YT acct)
Yes…. We or should I say I totally appreciate your wrestling with yourself and trouser socks and tights for our entertainment. You are so cute! And my favorite outfit of the bunch was the easy peasy bright colored shirt and black comfy pants. The shirt makes a statement and it looks great.
Hi Diana! I love what you did with these clothes. Isn't it amazing how things retro pieces can look so current? Everything comes around again. I'm old enough to have worn a lot of those styles the first time around :)
Floral shirt and skirt and booties is beautiful on you! You can wear a blk cardigan with it and go for coffee..lol you look so cute! All the baggy clothes need belts and jackets! We wore a lot of belts in the 80s and the 60s lol!❤🎉😊
I’ve watched a lot of your videos, and I really enjoy how you put things together but very sorry to say I really struggled to like many of these… I certainly don’t think you can save 80s Fashion single-handedly! Heroic attempt though Diana 💪👏😉
I don't know why YT sent this my way because I watched it when you uploaded it but I'm glad I rewatched it! I'd love to see an update on this haul, which pieces did you keep (if any), how have you styled them, and what's your personal takeaway as far as style principals you've learned from it (again, if any)?!?
I thought you made some adorable ensembles out of deplorable singular items. Really loved harem pants outfit and the dreaded pants with the jacket and tee and flat shoes. A vintage preppy look! What a nice honor to the woman that left them to you. She obviously knew if anyone could make them work, you could! Well done!
I love that brown and black shirt on you! And that orange-y cord dress is great as a duster. Too bad it ripped.
I'm actually regretting not keeping that brown shirt!

Thanks for sharing!!
LOVE it all
Thank you!

It was fun but that's the LAST vintage haul for a while! Ugh ugh ugh! Haha!

EVERTHING looks so so AMAZING on you - you are gorgeous Dianna and are such an inspiration! ❤
Thank you so much!!

Not much of anything stays too long with me. There are so many clothes in the world and I want to experience them!
Omg that first dress journey was a whole trip!
( I love those elastic jeans, cuffed, I said what I said 😅)
I say it too! 🤣
We always had nylons or tights in the 80s. That's probably why the bird dress looks weird to you with your knees showing.
Funny how I'm returning to nylons and tights as i'm nearing fifty. I really like them and it feels like a hug to your legs!

I was a kid in the 80s so I remember these shapes well! It's surprising that some of them still work so well!

I like the long sleeve blouse. Its my style.
The blue jacket shirt was my favorite.

Ha! Thanks!
You are an example of a person that because you are small, everything looks good on you. You are blessed. 🌷I like how you put items together as well.
@@No-Name-f8p she is very slim in my world 🌷. It was a compliment.
It’s true, with her amazing figure a potato sack could look good! It’s motivation for me to get to the gym 😆.
Love the blue dress. These types of prints are back in style and cost a fortune to buy new.
When collars are too much, I like to tuck them under and shape a little v-neck. And when that fails, I chop them the eff right off!
I do both of those things too!
Great ideas! I’m 5’2” and those man collars look the worst on me!
Awesome collection of clothing, on their own they look weird, but you made so many adorable outfits 😍.
Thank you and yes, some were very weird!
You're funny & creative. I'm learning a lot too. 🌟
I'm so glad! 😊
Vintage in my language means prior to the 80’s even better 20’s to 50’s😀
Total horror show 😂 did the eighties the first time. The '70s had some awesome style the 80s not so much. You did well 😅
Absolutely the worst decade in fashion 😂
Well done!! ❤️❤️

Good idea! Time for an update. So many new things. 😁
The metalic shirt was one of my looks back in 86 or so, together with floral denim jeans and big hai. LOL
I like the black & white bird dress over the soft black pants! ❤
The vintage blazers or jackets were the best of the lot.
Well done!
In the 80s/90s we wore pantyhose or opaque tights with our dresses, so showing a little knee was okay.
The black pants look great!
This is realy good 80 es stuff
A fabric messaged hobo cross body over the white bird dress. Asymmetrically belted.
I just got a pair of black flats like those at Sally’s. Has a weird strap at the heel that I thought would bug the crap out of me…but it didn’t.
12:32 slouchy ?
Yes that works! I was searching for "relaxed". I have no vocabulary anymore! 😆
I was convinced to buy a beautiful vintage (50s?) coat but ended up feeling like my own grandma when wearing it. I gave it away.
LOL I have regrets too!
The 80s were the worst for fashion in my opinion. 70s rocked though !
Hi
Hello friend! ❤
( Except for God's Word / T h a t NEVER Changes ❣️ 🤸♀️🤸♀️🤸♀️🤸♀️🤸♀️❤️❤️❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The weird writing on the yellow scarf looks like ranch brands, like “flying D ranch” branded on a steer.
Too painful to watch. Clothes are horrendous.
