@@MSordernature Nope but they control most of the borders of the previous state of North Yemen. They aren't a country but they are a political movement governing large parts of Yemen where the majority of the population is and not to forget that the Houthi movement is supported by all the Shia Muslim of Yemen while the minority Sunni Muslim do not support the movement and currently hold the territory that Houthis don't.
