Don't speak too soon, I saw a construction site once a young white plumber in his 20s, fairly large well built looked like the surfy type try bully a 5 foot asian man in his 50s that was tiling that I later spoke to finding out he use to be a soldier, anyway the asian man managed to submit the white guy into saying sorry by grabbing his hand and twisting it somehow that made the young guy fall on his kness and give up, it was quiet hilarious.

The real story is far sadder. If this ever happened where a prisoner tried to fight back the Japanese officer would have just pulled out his sidearm and shot the guy in the head.

China will forever carry these traumas in its collective consciousness and - unfortunately - this will shape their relations with other countries for many generations and, in my opinion, only lead to war once again where many Chinese (along with many others involved) will perish.
