Do you still have your PSVR2 white box? That's where i put my PSVR2, and I'm interested to know if it would still fit in there with this accessory.

No, the round back padding makes it stand a little too tall to fit back in the white box.
It fits, long wise, but the box can't be closed all the way.

I'm a big fan of this Company, I use there F3 facial interface on my Quest 3.

What’s the lock thing on the rear strap , it’s moulded into the plastic. Just got one 2day
The areas that say "lock" on the rear strap is where you attach the back padding plate, but now it seems to come already attached, so I don't think you will need to worry about that.
