No, not at all. This works on the flat version of the game as well.

I appreciate the effort you guys made to improve this game. I enjoyed the experience this title offered, and I wanted to do what I could to ensure that other people don't miss out on it. It isn't perfect, but few things are. I hope more game developers will be inspired to convert their games to VR, because honestly it is such a cool way to experience a game like this.

No, the round back padding makes it stand a little too tall to fit back in the white box. It fits, long wise, but the box can't be closed all the way.

In my opinion it is.

I wasn't able to put the cog in, in VR. I had to have a non VR player do it. Also, if anyone rings the bell prior to putting the cog in... it won't work. Only other thing I can think of is maybe you grabbed the dark red ball instead of the light red ball.

Me too right now, but I think I am going to switch it back to the fan while it is over 100 degrees here.

Honestly, I just took the one they sent me. I received this product for free to review. The Fov is the same as the stock interface as far as I could tell. No better, no worse. Feel free to ask any other questions that come up. I try to monitor this channel pretty actively.

Glad to hear Fov is similar and to be honest the whole thing looks tempting and i'm gonna order it tomorrow ,oh and btw about that v2 i read in the comments, yeah they did add 10mm depth in the nose area and if you contact them ,they are sending replacements i believe to people who originally got v1, maybe worth a try if this is your daily driver. Yeah, I hate to think that many of the people who would really enjoy it, might have been turned off by it's poor launch. I am glad I didn't miss out on it, and I'm doing what I can so that others don't.

I see there is a halo and elite strap version, mine is the Halo version. I can't seem to find any information a different version beyond that, and I don't really know where I would look. I don't see anything on the box or packaging that says V2.

@@ObserVR-gamer They told me on Facebook chat they improved the light leakage and added 10mm depth for the nose cutout for folks with bigger nose.

@@hiraksarma3068Mine did come with a tool to change the nose guard... I wonder if that is why? I don't notice light leak, but I don't know if I have a big nose or not, lol

@juu226 thank you for the sub. I totally get it. I enjoyed it, but the game, but is far from perfect. It is short and easy, and an old 2011 game. Definitely not for everyone.

Yeah, I get that. I think my expectations were low from all of the complaints I heard about it at launch. It definitely isn't the best game in VR, but I had fun with it. I think they can still make some improvements, but I wasn't disappointed with the experience.

Yeah, I am really digging it. I am torn because my other one has a fan, but the ventilation is really good on this one... 9 months out of the year... this will probably be my main one, but during the really hot months, I might use the fan.

Yeah. I think it says that when you first start the game. They have improved this game a lot, since I have made this video. I think it is an enjoyable experience now. I don't feel like the game mechanics are "fun" but the rides are cool, the satirical humor is pretty decent, and the over all experience is pretty good. The lack of smooth turning felt so cheap, the fights were so tedious, and the golf was so frustrating when I first played the game, that it detracted from the experience. Now the fighting is less repetitive, the golf physics are better, but still not great, and smooth turning is implemented, so I can finally enjoy what this game has to offer.

Sanity management. Turn on lights strategically so that your sanity doesn't drop too fast while looking for the ghost. I was on Profesional, so no grace period, which in my opinion, makes it easier to find the ghost room faster, and increases the reward multiplier. I did take sanity pills once, if I remember correctly.
