Beautiful truck! I own an 87 Silverado since high school & I’m 37 now, every time I see one that low & clean, I almost break my neck looking at it. I’ll forever love this body style.
RamChargerTV as a mexican, i agree, im tired of these stupid ass huge billets on a truck, i rather much prefer some 18 or 20 inch american wheels, nothin crazy
Y'all boys done the olé girl proud. The color, tire wheel combo, stance, interior, etc.😢😢😢👍👍✌✌👊👊 Chevrolet square bodies will always be a timeless classic. 👍👍✌✌ 👊👊👏👏
I love the way you guys build your trucks. I once owned a 1970 Roadrunner like your dads. I own a 1978 GMC 4x4 short wide box that I bought new. It has mostly factory paint and still has the factory exhaust.
What a beautiful truck love the color and stance. I have a special love for the square body as I have customized a lot of C-10 trucks. I currently own a 1980 Silverado Stepside lowered like this with 22" wheels painted brown pearl metalic, with custom fender and tail gate paint. But the thing I love about yours is still that stock look. Especially that you left the aluminum lower rear window trim. This is something that, I must have on any of my past restorations. It just fills in that empty space between bed & window. Love your wheels as well. Your motor and the sound of the truck is baddass. Great Truck Rick
That is a very nice truck, really digging this guys taste and plan on picking up an 85 myself and doing pretty much a similar set up. I love every little touch, Well done sir.👍
Very tastefully done!! On another note, I think we have had ourselves a TTR Pacos spotting in Gainesville as well. If so.... TH-cam doesn't do it justice, its a sweet ride! Love the channel, keep up the good work!!
@@twotrucksron4116, I saw you turning in at Carriage Nissan off Browns Bridge. Was wondering if you had ties to them....my brother is a paint rep for Finish master and he calls on that location
Sweet ride! Brian knows his stuff on theses trucks, awesome job, not fussed on the colour, is it a factory colour Robbie?, stance is nailed, another great video, I get real excited when I see a notification pop up from Whitlock Garage😂
No doubt about it! And yes, it is a factory color that you don't often see. Its so sweet in person, too. And thanks so much for all of the support, as always.
Used to be an outfit called fat Tony's suspension systems they used to be advised in hot rod magazine and american rodder magazine in the late 80's and the 90's.
Thats a gorgeous truck ....exactly what I like to make ....love the mirrors , love the way he said , he dont show the tips of the tale pipe ....im getting my ideas together. Whats Brian's link
That is an absolutely beautiful truck I have an 86 short bend fleet side, I used to have a 86 step side that somebody stole and I'm trying to find another step side bed to swap with my fleet side, but I wish you would do a video on how weak the frame on these square bodies is where the steering Box bolts to the frame I had to take my into a shop and have it completely rebuilt its a 2 wheel drive truck and it tore the bolts completely out and I'm not running oversize tires
Another Comment. I love the stock look and always will. I love all peoples choice of Resto Mods Etc. By found an NOS Silverado 1980 Grille the chrome one, It has new chrome bezels & I left the original beautiful Push bumper guards on a rechromed front bumper My Interior was bone stock. The dash, etc was perfect. But I did add Corvette bucket seat & a cool console.
No, as Bryan mentioned in the video, it takes modifications to the stock bumper and frame where brackets attach. I don't know the exact process, but Bryan is planning to show me at a later date.
Sweet truck and done right. Question, did the steering wheel bolt right up or did they need an adapter? I have one on my Corvette and want to put one in my 90 Chevy C1500. Thanks for posting!
I'm currently restoring my '81 Silverado and I love that color. Would you mind telling me what it's called, my truck is a dark brown and I'd rather go with a color like that
To United by trucks, I'm looking at putting 3.88:1 gears in my stock rearend I want to keep the axle housing original. It's a 86 long box 2WD open rearend. I'll be putting 32-12.5x 15's. But a solid spool. What outfit can hook me up?
Awesome! All of the wheel and tire info is listed in the video. Don't quote me on this bc it's a slightly unorthodox set-up but I believe it's 18x8 with 225/55/18 in front and 20x10 with 295/45/20 in rear.
It’s off the shelf 18x7 in front and 20x10 rear. American Racing TTIIs. Give Bryan at Harrison’s Rod and Custom a call and he can hook you up with it all.

Nice, i'd like to know why you were faithful to it for so long. What do you like about it?
I’ve had a 1984 Chevy 2 tone k10 since high school as well and I’m 35 and still have it lol
The interior is the right combination of colors. Torque thrust wheels can't be beat, classic vintage vibe. Very tastefully done. 👍🇺🇲👍
No doubt about it
I like this guy for not ruining that truck with oversized wheels, ima 15x10 kinda guy myself
Oversized wheels don't ruin a truck. It's all personal preference.
Over size wheels definitely ruin a truck

Great looking C10 ! Out here in AZ we also have a unique way of ridding low without bags! Cool to see the og look.

Where did u get the bumpers front and rear
Is the rear bumper different then most?? How do you get it to hug the rear so close? Is it a bracket or a whole different part numbered bumper? 🤔
