  • This sleep meditation reminds you to let go of forcing sleep and simply allow it to happen. As a former insomniac, I completely understand the stress of wondering when you will sleep. So I'm here to help and support you as much as I can by guiding you through letting go of body tension, emotional stress, and mental chaos which show up as intrusive thoughts.     Hi Sarah. First of all, thank you for all of your work, your kind voice is helping me a lot on my journey and you're actually my favorite person to listen to, both in meditation and affirmations.
    I do have a request and that is a video with affirmations or a meditations with focus on recovering from physical and mental burnout, it would be so so helpful.
    And once again, thank you so much for this channel.

      Thank you so much for your comment and suggestion! I'm sorry I didn't see your comment sooner but for some reason TH-cam held it back. I love your suggestion and I have been getting more and more comments about the need for support for chronic fatigue, ME, burnout and so on. And it may surprise you to know that I have been slowly recovering from adrenal fatigue these last 3 years too . I take the task very seriously because I know it has so many different aspects for different people. But there is an overwhelming and increasing trend of chronic fatigue / burnout, whatever you will name it, across the globe. I'm planning both a shorter "listen to your body, reconnect mind and body" session and a deeper, longer, maybe 8+ hour session to go through all the levels of healing. Any comments you have on your current situation, what you feel you need, and what led you to where you are now will all help as I continue to write. Thank you for your suggestion.     I would like a sleep meditation that helped me sleep and stop worrying also to let go of toxic relationships including family and or friends.
    I like the guided talk down that can last at lease 4 hours.
    I'm still searching for one.
