Hey, for Masters it should be fine, for anything lower then 18 months better check witht the embassy.

No in neither country it is easier to bring parents. You need to take there sole responsibility and show a lot of money, in millions may be.

I recently finished my masters in Germany and will start a job as a fresher here soon. But I want to move to Switzerland after getting PR here(in 21 months). Is it a good path to follow? Or what would a better way?
The only way to skip non eu rules is to get a european passport first, just with PR it will not work.

not sure, check with the embassy to be sure, not aware of any short term visa for non eu like this.

Those students who have 14 years education (12th +2 years BSc) can apply for Bachelor degree in Switzerland?
I do not think so, 2 years BSC is not a complete BSC so the only thing that is counted is 12th.
