DVC is the only timeshare that holds value and, in some cases, even increases. All the other timeshare you can't even give them away for free because no one wants them, they are essentially worthless.
Totally agree the other best one to own is a Marriot Aruba. We have that one as well zero issues and when we don’t want to use it in Aruba it transfers over very well to a one or two bedroom room at the Disney resorts.
How is the house hunting going? Did you guys have any luck? I get the updates every day the prices are coming down not much but they are coming down. They’re not going up. That’s for sure.
