But before bringing your children to the UK, they usually demand for a DNA test to ensure if the Kids are for the man and wife. How come he wasnt aware?
I think its a good suggestion for DNA tests to be done after birth of your child. Its safer.

He CAN NOT lose his DBS but being find guilty will be recorded on the DBS record which means he has to explain to potential employers all the time about the case. He will lose his NHS license to practise. Only the woman can save him if she withdraw her statement from the police. or Refuses to engaged with the police further.. Unfortunately, he shouldn't have touch the woman and create emotional distress for the children- this is where LADO will find him guilty.

This is a terribly heartbreaking story.Im Asian American married to my Nigerian hubby going 42 years. We’re both retired from the medical field. Hes also an MD. After listening to you tell it, I like to narrow the lesson learned by every person in any challenging situation. Violence is never a rational response in dealing with a crisis no matter how terrible it is. Even when he was extremely hurt and felt like choking her to get her to a confession he should have known that acting out beyond words could make the situation for him worse, and that’s not just in UK. Here in the US same thing would have happened to him after the fact. He would been arrested and the DCFS would have been notified. Here the state board can either suspend your license or revoke it totally if you are arrested and charged with domestic violence or any form of violence against anyone. Ive seen it happened to colleagues when I was still working.

The same thing happened in the US about 10 to 15 years ago to a doctor, he caught his wife cheating on him and the marriage ended up in divorce with the husband the doctor losing the house with huge alimony and other investments to the wife, it was so devastating that he end up by taking his own life.
Bro try your possible best to help the doctor by advice him to be calmed and focus and hope the law will do what is right when the time comes.

But I followed up normal process of getting legal separation to prevent more damages to my life and my professional career. Being violence can't resolve issues but make things get worse

It is indeed a VERY sad story. Sometimes, people are overridden with emotions. I wish the man solved this issue without using violence. IT DOESN'T WORK. no matter how RIGHT a person is. Whilst I really feel sorry for this man. I wish he should have also considered his career & not touch this woman. What he did is not allowed. I have been a teacher in the Republic of Ireland 🇮🇪 for more than 22 yrs, trying to strangle someone is a crime that completely affects your reputation & might cause you to never be allowed to work in the hospitality industry again. May this man find God Almighty, creator of heaven & earth. God is the one who will direct his path to greener pastures 🙏
