I practise law in the United Kingdom and I have seen a sharp rise in such cases as this. We recently secured an acquittal for a Nigerian man who had been charged for rape. The evidence was stacked against him and he was facing 10 years imprisonment. His fate hung in the balance but he was extremely fortunate that we were able to convince the jury to return a not guilty verdict.
However, I know of many other men in similar scenarios who have been found guilty and gone to prison ruining their lives, families and careers.
All I'm going to say to men is AVOID CASUAL SEX LIKE A PLAGUE.
They will not listen. Some men believe they are SMART.

its a simple case, i know how he could get out of it, first of all he has a witness that show that the girl convince him to go to her place, she invited him for sex, secondly his friend and those at the night club are his witness, also there is supposed to me a medical assessment to see if the mans seamen is her/ the victim, its a simple case, and back checks to see if she did this before

I doubt he will be found Guilty when both of them couldn't remember what happened. Plus it was the mother who encouraged her to call the police, presumably to save face for being found by her mother with an African.

But there was an international student from Nigeria studying at Newcastle University 10 or so years after my time at that university, who was arrested after a claimed rape and 3 counts of sexual assault on a local white girl. He was remanded in Durham prison after the arrest and died in that prison a couple of days later. Boniface Umale. The authorities then cremated his body without first informing his family. Having just checked again online Boniface Umale had apparently commited suicide.
