Ingredients
6 Chicken Drumsticks (poached)
1 cup of Honey
1/2 a cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
5 Shallots
2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 Lettuce
1 bunch of Mint
Method
Over a medium pan pour your honey and begin to caramelise. When the honey has bubbled up and is just starting to turn colour to a dark brown add the vinegar (keep a close eye on this part because when it turns it turns quickly!).
Now add your poached drumsticks along with chopped Shallots and Sesame seeds.
Reduce the liquid until its nice and sticky on the chicken.
To serve flake the meat off the bone and place in a lettuce leaf with a sprig of Mint.
Enjoy!
