On the video you speak in czech so i dont understand, why did you cut the old pulley on the edges? Also if i understood well, you install the new one till the axle of the kompressor shows up? Thank you!!(i have bought the same pulley)

You Already have a 65mm stock pulley on 230 kompressor 1.8 192ch but you still can upgrade it for this 62mm pulley + upgrade bigger crank pulley and smaller water pump pulley

@duartefigueira1304 The video has subtitles that you can watch in your own language. To remove the pulley you need to cut it and to apply it you need to heat the pulley a lot...
There are only subtitles in Czech and I'm Portuguese, I've already ruined 2 bags and I couldn't get the polley out, maybe I'll call a mechanic

30 HP without tune? w203/w204 and Siemens SIM4KLE ECU just bleeds that extra boost, because ECU controls it via recirculaiton flap (BOV) how much air can enter intake manifold. Its not standard mechanical bypass valve, as older cars had before, and it worked well, this cars like w203/204 have new supercharger systems and have BOV (recirculation flap), that means ECU can control air. Only you can get from smaller pulley is better throttle response and low-some mid range torque gains, but HP numbers cant change. Also tune for this systems is not easy and cost many $$$, because it needs damos files for tune and expensive softs.
I've done this to my car also and the results without tune/soft are there. Not 30HP, but definitely, is an increase (tested before and after on GPS and against on other 2 cars with same specs). Yes, you have better throttle response and low-some mid range torque gains. The recirculation flap (BOV) is fully opened at 0.78 bar. With standard pulley (72mm) you get max. 0.55-0.57 bar (you will never reach 0.78) but with 60 or 62mm you get the max. 0.78 (you could get more, but is not need it and ECU doesn't let you anyway only if you tamper some sensors). However, doing this (smaller pulley) and get the max out of it, you need the tune and a better exhaust system. The soft is not that expensive, for example, there is a german company who sell the soft specially for a 62mm pulley (for Siemens SIM4KLE) with only 100 euros and a good tuner, can write that soft for another 150 euro, at least in my country.
PS: Just as an idea, on Eaton m65 on m271 you can't really call it BOV, because it's a throttle body, identical 1:1 with the actual throttle body, the only difference is that the throttle body stays closed and when you accelerate it opens and the throttle body from Eaton, it's the opposite way.

Chtěl bych vidět co na to ložiska v kompresoru, která musí mít daleko větší otáčky, Olej v kompresoru také musí při těch otáčkách daleko více pěnit. A co na to ECU, která bude dostávat informaci o vyšším plnícím tlaku než je předpokládaný v určitých otáčkách. Myslím, že za ty následné problémy těch 30 HP nestojí.
• Kompressor snese daleko větší zátěž než po této úpravě, tak že se není čeho bát a ECU si s novým nastavením ví rady a upraví hodnoty dle potřeby. Samozřejmě když se ještě optimalizuje mapa tak je výsledek ještě znatelně lepší...

Nasiel som tu kladku (62mm) za cca 130eur.
Drzi to tam aj casom bez problemov?
Z toho mam obavu.
Olej v kompresore menim ale s vacsimi otackami na to treba dbat urcite.
Len to chce este vyladit k tomu ecu.
Posun krutiaceho momentu nadol je dost citelny?
Musi to ist aj s toi saharou, mozno kratsi stahovak.. ale odradza ma to vyberanie povodnej kladky. Nejake riziko poskodenia kompresora tam asi je 🤔 a pilit tam s flexou...uff.
@zzo28 Tato kladka je určena na motory M271 s kompressorem M65. Drží to dobře na místě o to nemusíš mít strach. Tento systém stahování je spolehlivý. Jak říkáš stačí měnit olej a ani po navýšení otáček se není čeho obávat. Ano krouťák je opravdu citelný. Není to jen úprava na oko. No vyzkoušej sám. Já jsem to bez pomoci flexy nedal dolu. Jestli se ti to povede, tak napiš své zkušenosti pro ostatní ;-)
@@MotorFlash7 no prave toho vyberania povodnej remenice sa hodne obavam. Takze netusim ci sa do toho niekedy vyhecujem. Idealne mozno to zkomplikovat a vybrat von cely kompresor a vytahovat remenicu v klude na vytiahnutom kompresore.
Laka ma hlavne ten krutak a jeho posun na nizsie otacky. Spolu s upravou ecu by to bol potom skvely motor a skvele auto.
