Bonjour a tous, je vien d'installer cette poulie sur ma mercedes clk 230 kompressor 197ps d'origine, et je confirme avoir une accélération plus nerveuse, je constate bien la différence, ca fonctionne tres bien, aucun voyant moteur allumé, tout fonctionne super. Maintenant je pense faire la reprogrammation pour en complément.

Zdravím, na tento motor by se také měla vyrábět redukční sada. Chce to hledat. Přímo tato sada na tento motor nesedí... oslov tyto výrobce kladek ;-)

It is possible to put a big pulley on the crankshaft and a smaller one on the compressor at the same time? I am afraid if I do this it will increase the RPM to mutch, and the compressor will be blown up.
Yes you can, it is usually done ;-)

Hello, measure the diameter of your pulley and the same size - select ;-)
R170 230 kompressor is pretty rapid as standard. 40 bhp more would be crazy.

Hello @MotorFlash! Did I get it right that 185mm and 192mm are outer diameters of tuned pulleys? Means 192mm would just give a bit more boost. Or these dimensions are for the stock pulleys and I have to order the one that fits my exact engine? I'm just trying to order the correct one for my 2.0 kompressor pre-facelift (1998).

Hello. Have put this pulley on my w202. I had swaped engine from clk1999 2.0kompresor. After this upgrade when i floor it, i have same isue as i had betore when my maf didn't work. So i bought new maf, and now i get to like 3k 3.5k rpm and got lag, like it stucks at this rpm.
Sane as it did when my maf didnt work correctly. When i changed maf i bought original bosch.
As long as i have read in internet, maf has some restriction, thats the problem.
Hello, if the problem persists even with the new MAF, then move the MAF closer to the throttle valve. That will solve the problem! ;-)
@@MotorFlash7 isn't there a restriction for maf 0.6 bar, so the ecu shuts down spark?

Bonjour, J'ai installé cette poulie récemment, juste vissé les vis, pas mis de colle frein filet, je pense pas indispensable, mais bien serrées tout de même les 6 vis. J'ai vissé par le dessous, en ôtant juste le cache moteur en dessous, sans rien démonter d'autre, avec un cliquet, une rallonge 25 cm et une douille 6 pans, en tournant au fur et a mesure le véhicule avec une vitesse (5ème) pour que la poulie tourne et donne accés au serrage des autres vis. En espérant que cela tienne, car même avec de la colle frein filet, le bout de la vis peut s'user également avec la rotation en fonctionnement de la poulie du vilebrequin d'origine, ainsi qu a l'accélération et aux a coups d'entrainement . En tout cas, j'ai déja fait 200 km et pas de jeu aux vis. J'ai ajouté un boitier additionnel connecté au MAP (débimetre). Bon je trouve que ca marche, mais que dans les tours, pas trop au début de l'accélération. Bon il faut dire que je suis passé en jantes 17", pneus 225 45 17 avant et 245 40 17 a l'arrière.
J'ajoute qu entre 3000 et 4000 t/Min, il y a un petit trou a l'accéleration depuis que j'ai installé la poulie.

Zdravím, ano jde instalovat. Kompressoru to nevadí, jelikož je konstruován na daleko větší tlak. Sám kladku používám přes rok a bez problému. Na SLK budu tuto kladku montovat a bude video ;-)

Díky! ;-) Urobil. Například předělání kompressoru ze spojkového na pevný (video teprv bude) a mnoho dalšího - mrkni na ostatní videa o motoru CLK ;-) SW jsem zatím nedělal, ale kdo ví..v plánu jsou ještě další úpravy - spíše doladění stávajicího stavu jako je větší intercooler a podobně...

Bohužel. Je potřeba mít kompressor, jelikož změna poměru se dělá právě kvůli změně otáček kompressoru... Zapracuj na sání motoru. Tam nějakýho koňa najdeš ;-)

I've loosened the screws a little bit heat the pulley up again hit it a couple times with a hamer and it went a little bit further over the original pulley ive just run it and it is very smooth with a very very small wiggle but its the same as yours on the video so great im going to do a test run in an half hour. 😁

tak vylepšit jde spoustu věcí...dost jsem jich už dělal těch jednoduších... jasně intercooler větší budu taky dávat... ;-) ten to ještě více optimalizuje co se týče tlaku a kvality vzduchu do motoru..

In this video, it's just a pulley attachment that gives you more pressure. The MAF sensor can handle this adjustment and there is no need to tune. ;-)

i'm with this engine M111 947 on E-class W210.
i thing for same tuning but people told i need to intall new pulley except on Cranckshaft, also on kompressor with more small size.
i dont understand what you say in your video but i will ask you here to be sure i inderstand what i see.
you Buy this pulley and install it with help on glue for bolt's.
then install and new V-belt and can MAF sensor compensate this 0.2 bar pressure and to say on ECU give on this bad boy more fuel :D.

Replacing 2 pulleys is another option. The adhesive is installed so that the bolts do not loosen. I also recommend making the dimples for the bolts in the original pulley. Yes, the ECU is able to compensate for this difference. The first ride must be done in idle mode to load the data ;-)

@@radostinivanov2428 so since you have 2.0 liter engine on the same kit you will have a bit higher boost ( because of displacement difference) you can install bigger Crankshaft pulley or smaller Supercharger pulley or do both. minimum size you can get on supercharger is 65mm, but if you install both pulleys make sure it produces safe amount of boost. stock boost on 2.3 is around 0.45bar and on 2.0L its around 0.5bar, after 0.8 bar stock ECU cant operate oprimally, engine runs lean, you have to install bigger CC injectors over 0.8bar and bigger intercooler to stay effective. also 2.0L engine has cast pistons and may not be ver safe higher boosts. (2.3 has forged ones). also on higher ratio of SC/Crankshaft pulleys the supercharger limit exceeds and its lifetime is reduced. my advise will be to stay under 0.8 bar if you are not going to tune ECU. otherwise you will have problems.

Dealers always state compatibility with individual engines. This pulley also fits your engine. A larger intercooler is not necessary, but efficiency will increase. I will also buy it.

thanks for the comment. It is designed for Kompressor M62. There is a different pulley for the M45 ;-)

@@Teo4.7.8 Mercedes rev m45 to it’s limit, there are red lines for superchargers too, exceeding it is not a good idea. Also, the crankshaft pulley is different, it might not fit anyway.
