As at January 2024, my husband checked our status and saw “estimated time until case decision 1 week” then he checked after another week, the status was showing “your case may take more or less time” without the usual duration. Do not fill out the date unless you sign the document. It will create ambiguity if you fill out the date without a signature because the date in question is specifically to say when the signature was applied. You are not required to sign and date the document unless you live in the US at the time of your spouse filing.

It will create ambiguity if you fill out the date without a signature because the date in question is specifically to say when the signature was applied. You are not required to sign and date the document unless you live in the US at the time of your spouse filing.

Hello, I have a question: i am filing AOS for my spouse for permanent residency. My spouse is here legally, on humanitarian parole. Prior to receiving humanitarian parole, they had a title 42 removal. Since he now has a legal entry, will he be fine to adjust status? Or will his prior title 42 removal create problems for him?

Or should I submit I-130 online & then mail the rest ?
And if I do I-130 online when do I mail the other things? Do I have to wait for I-130 to be approved ? Or can I mail right after submitting I-130 online ?
