Data links or Data Buses (DB) support data exchange between different electronic equipment including avionics. Systems, subsystems, units, and modules uses DB to connect with each other and with other equipment on board of airplane.
Data Buse is a set of tools that provide interaction of different electrical system elements. In common Data Bus is a set of logical and physical levels of data transferring and receiving. Also, DB is a set of rules, algorithms, and time synchronization for data exchange between equipment structural elements.
Data Bus can be used at different structural levels of system:
- inside LRU;
- Between LRU;
- Transmit data from sensors to system;
- Between systems.
