The time is now, the looting of our national treasury must stop. An insignificant few cannot always have their ways and rule 250 million Nigerians as slaves. Good governance is for all our security agencies. We all have our brothers and sisters in the security architecture of this country. Bad governance affect everybody including members of our security agencies. So the threat must stop. The protest must be peaceful because that is the only way it can last and achieve it purpose.

    PROTEST PROTEST PROTEST
Nigerian people please do not let an old flame burn us twice, listen to me anger is not a plan to move to the anger to protest without a strategy is dangerous. Any protest for Nigeria today will not have to do electoral reform how to fix inec my dear this is a waste of time. Do not deceive yourself as long as you failed to fix elections in a democracy, you failed to fix the electoral system, you will continue to protest. The important right in a democracy is your right to vote in a free and fair and credible manner, this is my submission these movement not be protest of people against government, it's a protest for a better government and a better nation. Beginning with electoral reform, please we should occupy the national Assembly to send the message and visit the Senate and house of Rep members if you were pass new national anthem in two days you should be able to do a electoral bill in two weeks. Ensure that electronic transmission of results become compulsory. Electoral expert human right lawyer and constitution expert to look into electoral. The current national chairman of Inec must leave. That's our demand.....

Mr. Human Right Lawyer, no one is against protest, it is a constitutional right for every Nigerian. There two types of protest, one that is peaceful and Infact requires protection from the law enforcement agency and the the second is protest that turn into violence, thuggery and destruction of properties and lives. Most Nigerian youths that are out for protest usually have in mind the later form and when this is envisage, the the Law enforcement agencies get prepared. When protests are held in a location that do not disrupt the normal flow of traffic and businesses, the police will not act aggressively. This is the problem with Nigerian youth protest. Some participate not because of what they believe in but simply an opportunity to be destructive to prove a point to the government. Regardless of what the reasons of the protest may be, there is no government that will encourage protest because what the consequences might be. There are places across the country where police stations and other important structures were destroyed during the Endsar protest that have never been rebuilt. Can Nigerian youths be on the street for six months as we have witnessed happened in Honk Kong few years ago? The answer is No. Protests in Nigeria are encouraged by politicians whose children are either overseas or in the country but will not participate. Will the Human right Lawyers be on the street with his grown up kids for youth's protest? It is very unlikely. Why do Nigerians leave the problems in the country to the youths to address? There is hunger in the country now, is it only the youths that are hungry? The answer is NO. Effective protest against the government should involved all citizens regardless of age. All governments in the Federation have programs for youth empowerment but how many youths in the country take advantage of such programs? Alternatively, how many youths that take advantage and are gainfully employed will protest against the government? The current administration is one that has given the youths some hope in terms of program. Employment, appointment and student loan program to enable youths who would have been unable to go to college to go. Therefore is enough for the youths to protest against the government because hunger? The world is looking to see how the youths protest will change Nigeria.

You actually took time to write all of this??? One question for u - Did u tell this same APC people in the person of the current President and his group not to protest against GEJ in 2012/2014 when he removed subsidy?? The youth are TIRED of the hunger/hopelessness and, want an urgent CHANGE! Are pple so dense that they can't get this?? ONLY pple who are gaining from this rot of this govt will say otherwise! Read the room! The body language of this APC govt SHOWS that they're not there for NIGERIANS and that, THEY DONT CARE about us! 2020 END SARS protest was a very peaceful protest, it was STILL this same APC govt that infiltrated that peaceful END SARS protest with their thugs and turned it violent! If u're gaining from this rot of a govt, good for u but, majority of Nigerians are not enjoying any of the dividends of democracy from this absolutely corrupt govt! Imagine even Dangote is complaining about the evil policies being churned out by this same govt under the supervision of the IMF! The protest in Kenya started becos leaders in govt DONT LISTEN to their citizens! NOBODY buys anything cheaper in the market regardless of who u support or, which region one comes from! How are they helping ur cause now? The hunger/hopelessness in this Country now UNITES every NIGERIAN! The work of the security agencies during this protest is just to make sure that the peaceful protest isnt hijacked by this same govt who might seek to infiltrate this planned protest. Last I checked, it was and, is still constitutional to protest PEACEFULLY!

No protest in Nigeria has ever succeeded! Give these protesters a day or two and everything will fizzle out. Some of the protesters will excuse themselves that they want to go find food for themselves or their families; and more of such similar excuses. Then, the government would give them some wraps of fufu and gbegiri, ogbono, miyan kuka and these protesters would go home! And that would be the end of the protest. The protesters don't even understand the philosophy behind such protests. They think it is only, 'we are hungry' that the protest is being organized. My call: the protest will not succeed.
