In my Fiat 500 Pop C, I just replaced my front speakers, added a double DIN radio, a 4 channel amp and added 1" dome tweeters in the front doors. I got it playing last night and it's amazing. I used the Recoil rubber baffles behind the 6.5s and so far, I'm super happy. The baffles produce a lot more bass, the tweeters are nice and crisp and all i have to do now is the rears. Run speaker from each speaker, get rid of the factory amp, woofer and add an amp. You will be shocked at how much better it will sound.

Have you added an amplifier yet? I can’t imagine a world where with such a drastic difference in efficiency (sensitivity) the original radio can keep up with those.

Do you install metal adapter behind the wooden adapter or there is no need? what year is the abarth?

How thick is that wood that was used for the back of the speakers?

Not very thick, maybe 1cm
