I haven’t been to any of the potc rides, as I live in country where there is none of them (Hungary) I am however a Sea of Thieves fan, and the Pirate's Life update's 1st and 3rd tales are LITERALLY from this ride. Now that I saw the original ride, I have to say: those tales are really well made

This ride has been overtaken by the woke -- heaven forbid that pirates chase women around, people might think pirates were bad guys. I've been on this many many times since the 80s, and if this video is an accurate representation of the ride, they basically killed it. There is zero atmosphere coming across, none of the fun chaos. BUT, in fairness, it could just be the way it comes across on film. In any case this is still one of the best rides in the park, purely for the reason that when it's 95 degrees and 70% humidity (which is way worse than 110 in California), getting onto this ride for 10 minutes feels amazing.
The smell while you're waiting in line for Pirates is unlike any other smell in the world.
I need to ask does it smell bad or…good?
