There is too much delicious detail to list what I love about this house, so I'll just say what jumped out to me is that office! As a IT person working from home, that office is a dream! Multiple spaces in one room, tons of light, the trim carpentry. Love!
I work from home as well and the office did it for me too. Usually it bathrooms and kitchens that would make me like a home now it the office lol

Are basements not a thing in Tennessee? I've watched a bunch of these tours of these beautiful homes, but it's been bothering me that the rec spaces and gyms are shoved upstairs instead of a basement. It would be even better if they were in a walkout lower level where it would make more sense for entertaining, especially since so many of these homes are on elevated lots. At these price points these homes should be three levels, unless it's a true ranch.
I love this home. After I get about 5 locations of my business running successfully, I want a house just like this one!!!!!!

I like this house but it literally doubled in price since last year. If it didn’t sell at $3 million, why would it sell at SIX MILLION? And it doesn’t even have a pool. Dumb move on the seller’s part.
