If I know anything about this man his Integrity is impeccable, so if he says it does not taste good, shame on you for serving it. And that goes for anyone home or restaurant. When my children says something does not taste good, which means I have allowed them to take a small bite of it or taste of it. From the looks on their faces and then spitting it out I do not serve it. And I do not refrigerate it I'll throw it in the damn trash.

He attempts to complete series of projects and often meets deadlines to help his clients reopen their restaurants for business.
