I think this was the first that I’ve seen Robert truly like the food during the original tasting. His buffet strategy was funny though, no way people will eat that much only, especially Americans.

What happened to making the Balcony the best place to eat? The outside is a great place to sit, eat and be with family and friends. Missing a trick there.
But some owners has totally forgotten the reality. Then Robert steps in, and open there eyes. Halleluja to that.
