I know it's a joke, but being under Krell would have been hell. I mean, I'm sure most clones sort of got that their lives weren't important, but imagine having someone, your superior, just constantly remind you of that fact. Plus the way Krell manipulated Rex by threatening the other clones; Krell would have likely done that with every captain and commander he came across.

Their armor works by absorbing the energy of a blaster bolt and spreading it out across a larger section of the armor to dissipate faster. It's unlikely that a blaster would go into them causing the wounds you described.

You miss one bit when you described how clones did in space. If a clone didn't have a helmet on or if their armor was seriously damaged then being sucked into space would kill them in about a second or less. Because as you said their lungs would collapse. The moisture in and on their their bodies would flash boil and evaporated, causing their bodies to expand like a balloon making all their organs (including their brains) to rupture. But what would make being spaced truly horrifying is if the clone was spaced with the helmet on and their armor intact. As their suits completely sealed and allowed them to survive for a time in space. And since they'd be travelling at high speeds in one direction it would be unlikely that they'd be rescued. At that point they would both simultaneously slowly suffocate and slowly freeze to death. But the worst thing would be the panic and helplessness that could all to easily drive them insane be fire they die.
For some reason I really felt bad when losing a battle in BF2 when you’re a clone and fail on the CIS dread sight and you just see the group of clones just sitting on their knees waiting to be killed
Echo thankfully wasn't aware of what was happening to him. What freaked him out more was his tough as nails captain suddenly treating him like a fragile invalid.
In the movie Event Horizon there's a scene where someone gets sucked into space and it was really brutal, he ends up surviving since someone brings him back to the ship so his fate was worse
In one of the episodes, clones that were in escape pods were being hunted by droids that were breaching the escape pods, killing all thoses inside. That's a horrible space death.

There was actually tests by NASA in monkeys where they lost consciousness after only 15 seconds but if recovered from vacuum within 2 minutes and receiving quick treatment they could be revived surprising often

AP-7 from Rebels loved floating in the vacuum, he loved it so much that he was upset when the Specters found and got him. The vacuum of space is much different for different species and droids, some species can survive and live in vacuum and droids just straight up aren't affected by it.
What about death by disruptor. Having every atom of you're existence separated at once. That must be so painful those that were killed this way must still feel the pain in the afterlife.
I liked geonosis possibly because my favorite ship (Republic gun ship/troop transport ship) showed their most often in the movies besides space, but those geonosians scare me the most out of anything I know of in the starwars universe, but lightsaber deaths have a whole new effect to me now the blaster bolts were explained starwars is absolutely brutal

He truly doesn't believe he's a slave. But then shit just keeps happening. Umbara shows him just how little power he actually has, then Ahsoka is framed and he has to hunt her down, and then Fives... And then Season 7 happens. He doesn't tell the Jedi about Echo because he is so afraid that he will be deemed crazy. Rex knows what happens to clones who are called crazy. Cody even basically tells him to stay quiet about it. And then you have his final words to Ahsoka before things go to hell. He seems to be slightly desperate to share these doubts with someone, but even Ahsoka can't really understand him. But at least she doesn't call him crazy.
