I loved the way you kept all the 'not so perfect' bits in the video. Like when the egg broke and you had to send Mr Owl to the shop for more, and when the blueberries were too runny so you had to do it differently.
My daughter was wondering why I was watching a halloween video right before christmas. I told her people like spooky things year round and she said "oh, you like spooky stuff!" Yes baby, yes I do.

My kids keep making me zombies and monsters when at school doing art projects. More than a few times I have had to ask "does the teacher know what this is" when it's particularly gruesome. Got to love blood covered undead moose sock puppets from a 6 year old XD

I had their teachers ask me if they should see their therapist and I said no I gave birth to pugsley, Wednesday, and pubert addams children so get over it. And I think their art projects are cooler than all those pink butterflies.

Nothing quite like getting to overhear "whoa that's your mom? so cool!" I also show up to parent teacher conferences looking like a dark princess so I guess they just see that my kids have a spooky mom and dad and all is okay. I am glad you handled that talk well but, jeez what's wrong with that teacher spooky kids aren't bad or even trouble making kids at least they aren't frat broing it like some of the kids their age I have seen being destructive and rude.

I love Red Velvetcake with cream cheese frosting. And you can do other colors as well. I have done purple and green before, blue velvet was less successful, but still yummy.

I made earl grey flavoured cakes for my neighbour once by steeping some tea bags in the milk. I decorated them with a similar shade of lavender icing and they were delicious!
Unholy goth cake, Batmom! That was awesome. And those piping skills! I don't have a favourite cake flavour, as I believe cake is a punishment (I have pro bakers in my family who make us eat their test cakes), but a Death by Chocolate cake always seems to go down well.

Guys if there's no like/dislike bar then likes have been disabled. Yes the like and dislike buttons are still there but they do nothing as the counter bar has been disabled. It's like switching a broken light switch.
Even though the like and dislikes are disabled, if you enter any of these actions, it'll still show up on the uploaders end when they go into video manager.
I love the coffin cake! It's absolutely gorgeous! I would eat it with tea. Chocolate is my favorite flavor for cakes, with lemon and spice cakes being a close second.

Here in America we make rice crispy treats that consist of rice crispy cereal,butter and marshmallow- to deal with marshmallows and to help it NOT stick to your fingers and hands,coat your hands with butter it helps deter the marshmallows from sticking to your fingers - l decorated cakes for 23 years for a job - l was impressed!

A tip for future cakes... If you add in some cocoa powder with the black, it will make it look more black without adding a ton of food colouring. Looks great though!
My husband made me a cinnamon cake for my birthday because cinnamon is my favorite flavor. It was really special because he came up with the recipe himself.
Looks pretty awesome to me. My favourite would have to be dark chocolate and mint though. If you use green food colouring for the minty bits it looks pretty spooky.

this is very cute! if you make a cake in the future with regular icing like this to smooth it out completely what you can do is chill the cake in the freezer for 10-15 minutes and then carefully with a damp cloth or paper towel press it over and smooth it over and peel it off gently

Holy crap! Other than the creepy spiders, the cake was gorgeous! I gave up on asking for specific cake flavors for my birthday as I never get a birthday cake. I usually end up making my own,so I'll just make a dump cake. A large can of crushed pineapple with the juice dumped into a buttered 9x13 pan, add a large can of cherry pie topping, spread it as even as possible, dump a box of yellow cake mix over it all, add a stick of butter/margarine, cut into pieces and placed evenly over the cake mix layer. Bake at 350°farenheit until golden brown on top(about 20-25 minutes). Serve warm or cold, with or without whipped cream or ice cream(my dad enjoyed both on his warmed).
